I'm 65 and have lots of grkids and animals running running around my house. I don't have the time or energy to sweep them\n mop my house. I find this product great for my bottom floor is all tile(master br, kitchen, bathx2 and living room) No, it doesn't get the edges great or under low furniture but it does cut down on my time on the rest of floor.

I never realized how dirty my floors were until I used the Crosswave. I cleaned my tile and wood floors and a couple carpets......I'm glad that I finally got them clean. I'm looking forward to the next time I clean them. The results will be interesting. Hopefully a lot less dirt!

We like it...compared to the the previous product used we find it superior. We are having one problem tho... we are our our second already... as the roll started slipping , soon screaming, before it stopped we bought a second machine and are going to send the first for repair . We are a little disappointed BUT we put these to an impossible test as we use them on all tile house with a lot of little dogs...using it for about 4-5 hours every 4-5 days ...we are fair will let you know how this goes if it is something we did we will move this to 5 stars ... we realize we give a non industrial machine quite a test

I love this thing! Easy to use, mops and sweeps in one easy step. But.... only one little problem with it is the clean up of the machine itself. If you clean up anything other then food, (plastic wrapper, broken glass, pebbles) you can't put that stuff down a garbage disposal, you shouldn't really flush it in a toilet, so into a trash can or dumpster it goes, then rinsing the container out. So in conclusion cleaning the machine up after using it can be a bit of a hassle it's still way less work then sweeping and mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saves me a step because it vacs and mops at the same time. I love how clean my floors look, especially the tile and grout in the kitchen. It transitions easily from tile to hardwood and isn't cumbersome to maneuver.

I found nothing good with this product compared to my present products, Dyson vacuum and Bissell Spinwave. Too much space left untouched round every baseboard, a lot noisier than my other products and the cleaning of all parts is very time consuming compared to them also.

The Crosswave is so much easier to use and it cleans very well as it vacuums up the dirty water into the tank! And with laminent floors it's essential that no water sits on the floor or it will warp......and with the vacuum, it does not so there is no chance for warping! I love it!

I think the Bissell CrossWave Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac is a great product overall. It's very easy to use and does a good job both vacuuming the dog hair (from our 2 large dogs) and other small debris as it washes the floor at the same time. It's nice not having to vacuum our tile floors before washing the floors. Having the separate cleaning water tank and separate dirty water tank you know it's clean shampoo water being used all the time. I've only used this product on hard service tile floors. Just a note - the bottom of the CrossWave has chipped when hitting some tiles which are set a little higher. Also, it would be awesome if there was an additional Brush Roll with "harder" longer bristles which would help clean grout better (or even more of the tougher orange ones currently on the roll)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It okay. They give you a trail size of the multi floor cleaner. I still had to get on my hands and knees to get the floor as clean as I wanted. So now that I've done that, hopefully this gadget will not allow the dirt to set in. Finger crossed on this expectation! Is it worth the money I'd say no. It worked ok on my hardwood floors. But my linoleum kitchen and tile bathroom floors I'll give it two stars. They also place the barcode to register the product in the most difficult place to see that information.

It's cut my cleaning time in 1/2.. I used a vacuum to clean up the floors then an ocedar mop and 2 mop buckets. 1 regular for the clean water and the ocedar bucket to rinse the dirty mop. Such a hassle. The crosswave is 1 machine and does the same work I would.
