It's lightweight and moves easily across the floor. The vacuum works great on hard floor surfaces and the mop cleans the floor with just a couple of quick passes. It's best to use a different vacuum first and then use this...will last longer and won't have as much gunk in the main discard container...

I find this mop leaves a large streak in the centre of the roller. The liquid wets the roller from either side and I find the centre part of the roller does not get as wet. It's convenient to have a mop and vacuum in one. However, I find if you go from wood to tile there us usually wet lint left on the tile. Overall i find that it is overpriced for what you get.

It's convenient to have dry and wet cleaning at the same time instead of doing one after another. It would be great though if there are attachments to the unit for cleaning areas that CrossWave is too wide to reach.

The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is because I wish the tanks were a little larger. I highly recommend the crosswave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works very well, cleans as advertised. No streaks on the floor, floors dry fast after cleaning, floors look bright and shinny. Removes spots and dirt and any marks on the floor. Easy to clean the machine after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the concept of the Crosswave, but I have not found my match. Cleaning the tank is like something is missing. The hair catch! After having the Cordless Max and knowing what works. The fact that the tank is small and you a hair catch is not available for this unit is sad. All that aside I can't be without one.

So far I have only used this once but WOW! My floors felt and looked so clean. The only thing I would knock on it is it does not get right next to the baseboard. It leaves about a 1 inch strip that it does not clean, otherwise I'm very impressed. I had vacuumed my floors prior to use and I couldn't believe all the stuff it still picked up on top of that. It definitely made the floors super clean again. Yay!! Plus set up was easy and clean up was easy.

I am happy with the clean, the vacuum is very powerful, and even the clean up is easy. I highly recommend this machine for multiple pet households!

After long use I noticed how sticky my floors had become, no doubt because of long term build up of Bona's solution. I have quite a large wood floored area. With the very first use of my new Bissell Cross Wave the floor, particularly in the kitchen, was back to being smooth and tacky free. Am delighted with this product. I purchased this after quite a lot of research, particularly independent video reviews. Would definitely recommend, just wish it was a little wider.
