[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't love this enough. It does an amazing job on my LVP flooring. Its lightweight and easy to maneuver. Very easy to clean after use. If you've been on the fence about getting this, take the jump and buy it! You won't regret it.

It doesn't expel a lot of water and the suction was good picking up what was on the ground. It was a bit streaky though I used less cleaner than recommended for the area (large 700 SQ ft). Im not a fan of having to take so many pieces apart to clean the Bissell.

Compared to having vacuumed my hard wood floors separately in the past to pick up all loose dust and dirt, and then having had to pass a wet sponge mop using a bucket of vinegar water, the Bissell CrossWave is a blessing. I used it on both my hard wood floors and to clean my area rugs and it worked like a dream. I admit it requires some degree of clean up of its various parts but I think it is well worth the effort when you see the nice results, and are able to clean your floors and rugs so much more quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend it. It pays for itself over and over with each application.

We have used this several times now on a very expensive area rug. It works well for the dirt, but doesn't seem to do a lot for the dog urine stains. We didn't realize how dirty rug so were pleasantly surprised to see how bright and nice it looks. However, we specifically bought it for the urine stains/smell from our new puppies. We even tried the pre-treat. Doesn't seem to make a difference. The stain (using ultraviolet light) and smell is still there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after viewing multiple YouTube videos about the best vacuums and the first couple times it worked amazing and then I noticed the next times I used it, it would be on for a little bit fine, and then you would hear a very high-pitched sound and it wasn't picking stuff up as well as it was before. I also noticed every time I would use the mop feature the brush would get so soaked for some reason and it would leave like a line of dirty water from the brush and it wouldn't get picked up. I was cleaning everything out after ever use and everything. For the amount of money I paid for it and the amazing reviews I saw I thought it was gonna work way better than it did. I I have only used it a handful of times since I bought it.

On first try, I did not love this product. It left dirty water streaks all over my white tile floors. However, I decided to keep trying to see if I could figure out it out. I realized you have to clean a very small section at a time and go over that section a few times. Overall, I do feel this vacuum will save me time and get my floors looking cleaner without having to sweep and mop separately. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this little machine has exceeded my expectations! We've been using a microfiber mop system (like a reusable swiffer) but it has so many limitations. I wanted something with some power. We have 2 little boys and a house full of pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, and then some) so our floors really take a beating, especially in the summer when we are in and out all day long. The crosswave pulled up *so* much dirt, even off of the newly installed LVP. It's easy to use and a breeze to clean. I was a little worried it would be a pain to clean like our old Bissell carpet cleaner (which was impossible to get completely clean, ugh). But the crosswave was well-designed and I'm pleased. My only minor complaint is the noise. The first time I used it to clean all of our floors, I wore noise-canceling headphones because it's LOUD. But... It's an acceptable trade-off for price and function for me. The real test now will be to see if it holds up. That's my only concern with household equipment, and the brand rarely seems to make a difference. Fingers crossed it lasts at least 5 years!

I really wish it were smaller so that I should get around the toilets in my smaller bathrooms. Other than that I love how it cleans. Happy about my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hard floors have never been cleaner--with less work. It vacuums and does the scrubbing for you! Worked wonders on a small area rug. The only complaint: the cleaning solution trigger is placed right where you hold the handle to move the Bissell, so one frequently triggers the flow by accident, without realizing it. One has to carefully place the hand in a slightly awkward position to avoid dispensing fluid constantly while cleaning. Redesign that handle and you'll get 5 stars!
