I can wash vacuum and wash he floors at the same time and I'm done in minutes. Now we just purchased our 2nd one to have at our farm office. To say I LOVE IT, is an understatement. Well worth the investment.

I really love this product. It is lightweight, maneuverable and does a great job on tile floors and rugs. I had just cleaned my tile floors with a Floormate when this was delivered. Of course, I used it right away and was amazed at the dirty water in the canister. It's really easy enough to use everyday. And yes, you do have to clean it when you're done but it's really no big deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Bissell Vac n Shine and loved it, (and it is still working) but it is no longer made and difficult to get new pads, so I decided to upgrade because I like the vacuum and floor cleaner in one unit. The CrossWave is easy to use and does an amazing job of picking up the dirt. It's nice that you can use any cleaner you feel is safe for your floors. You don't have to wait long for the floor to dry because it removes most of the water. So far I have used the Bissell floor cleaner on ceramic tile and a laminate floor and small carpets and it has cleaned well. I plan to purchase the soft roller and try it on my hardwood floor. If it lasts as long as the first one I had I will be very happy. The only negative I can think of - it is very loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an elderly cat who has trouble with his bladder, and he'll occasionally yack on the floors. Combine this with the fact that I live on a dirt road and it's nearly impossible to keep the floor clean. I was tired of sweeping around the mess and then mopping it all up only to have the smell linger on the mop. This vacuum solves ALL of that. It's much easier to maintain a clean house. It is a little loud but I'd never give it up just for that.

THIS IS THE GREATEST VACCUME I HAVE EVER HAD. IT CLEANS MY FLOORS AND AREA RUGS VERY WELL. IT IS SO EASY TO OPERATE.THE LIGHT WEIGHT MAKES IT SO EASY TO MOVE AROUND. IT CUTS MY CLEANING TIME IN HALF. My daughter called and said she was coming to clean my floor with her new Bissell CrossWave Wet Dry Vac. She challenged me saying my floor was going to be gross. I took the challenge as my floor is always kept company clean. Before she came I used my vac and then the Bona Floor mop. I was ready for my victory. However, she had hers! After she used her Bissell on my floor the water looked like diluted Mocha. I and six other friends bought the Bissell Cross Wave within two weeks. We all love the efficiency in the one step process andbest of all it takes the dirt away instead of just spreading it thin.

I can't believe how much dirt comes from my hard surfaces! Love that the machine cleans the roller with the tray at the end. Cleans so well and is so easy!!

I like this but Only for the vacuum part of it. The water doesn't seem to come out too much and the machine gets clogged up easily with hair way too fast. The machine will start to spit ( if it even sucks it up) clots of dirt and hair. There is a filter that's supposed to catch the hair before it goes into the tank and it doesn't.

I love how my floors look and smell after each use. It's easy to clean and maintain. The other big plus about the CrossWave is all 5 rooms of my home can be done much quicker than a mop and bucket of water as the CrossWave distributes the water to where it dries very quickly and does not harm my wooden and laminate flooring.
