[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my CrossWave and have only used a few times. So far it feels like a substantial, quality product. I love how easy it is to vacuum and mop the kitchen quickly while I have dinner in or between loads of laundry. I would like the moping action to be a little more aggressive however for a working mother the convenience allows me to keep the floors cleaner than with a traditional vacuum and mop combo because I can use it more frequently. I wish I would have had this when my kids were smaller!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after viewing multiple YouTube videos about the best vacuums and the first couple times it worked amazing and then I noticed the next times I used it, it would be on for a little bit fine, and then you would hear a very high-pitched sound and it wasn't picking stuff up as well as it was before. I also noticed every time I would use the mop feature the brush would get so soaked for some reason and it would leave like a line of dirty water from the brush and it wouldn't get picked up. I was cleaning everything out after ever use and everything. For the amount of money I paid for it and the amazing reviews I saw I thought it was gonna work way better than it did. I I have only used it a handful of times since I bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for all my floors (no Carpets or rugs). I am amazed at how much dirt it puts up. I typically go over each area twice to make sure it gets really clean. To help it dry faster I only use the suction after the last cleaning pass. I also empty the dirty out and change the roller before I go to a new room. Once it dries, I apply Bruce hardwood and laminate floor cleaner to get the sheen that I like. Love It!

I have tried absolutely everything to clean my hardwood flooring, including scrubbing on my hands and knees. Nothing made the floors look clean and streak free. My husband saw a Facebook post about the CrossWave and we decided to try it. It is perfect- my floors look new!

The first time I used the crosswave there was a noticeable difference in how our kitchen floor felt. It's quick and easy. I clean mine out after every use, and I even think that part is pretty speedy too. It's kind of pricey, but it's worth every penny. It makes my life easier with two toddlers who make continuous messes. I would definitely buy it again. This machine is not intended for large areas of carpet. Just small spills on area rugs. This is very true. I personally believe this machine is best used for hard floors only, and the OCCASIONAL spill on an area rug. Otherwise, the machine will jam up. I had read a few reviews about the crosswave not reaching close enough to the baseboards, but I did not find this to be true in our house. As long as I maneuvered it in a different direction, I did not have problems vacuuming or mopping anything next to my baseboards. I highly recommend purchasing this product if your sole intention is to clean your hard floors.

I live in a senior residential community. They clean my room every 2 weeks, but my floors were looking worse and worse every week. I bought the cross wave so I could do my own floors. What a difference. I am very pleased with the results. I wish I had gotten the cordless version, as I am using it while using my power chair and the cord can get in my way. I like it so much that I ordered a second one to give to my sister for Mother's Day.

It cleans beautifully on our wood floor, without leaving too much moisture and great for our LVT, Luxury Vinyl Tile. I plan to use it also on floor rugs to save from washing in a machine.
