There won't be a speck of anything for them to find and put in their mouths - I have one that puts everything disgusting in his mouth with a fondness for ROCKS. Ugh! So when I say there's nothing left on the floor but a gloss like you've never seen before please believe me. And let's don't forget every purchase from Bissell helps care for homeless pets! First thing,I noticed it had to be designe by a woman or a man tired of putting stuff together. The directions were simple and the machine was so easy to take apart to clean and put back together. I have put this crosswave through the paces. We have all tile, 15 cats, 9 litter boxes, 12 water dishes, and 3 cat feeders. Even with a housekeeper we couldn't keep up with the floors. Well, this machine has done it . The first thing my husband noticed on his bare feet,was the floor felt nice and the house smelled nice. But the cleaning solution didn't overwhelm the pets. I've let my housekeeper go. It's lightweight, easy to use, change out dirty parts, put in replacements,while the others dry and u are ready to go ahead for next time in under 5 minutes. No more mops, buckets, quick pick up paper towel messes everyday. It vacuums, washes dries. I still do major vacuumming once a week. But I can do 1200 square feet with my cross wave in 1/3 it used to take me with mop and bucket. Then it cleans itself. Again saving u from having to wash out the mop heads. U have done it so right. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ABSOLUTELY love the Bissell CrossWave! It truly mops and vacuums great on hardwood floors and area rugs for dirt and pet hair. It does take a few extra movements to pick up the wet dog hair from the hardwood floor since I have a golden, but it gets the job done! With a broom and a dust pan I could never pick up all of my golden's shedded hair but with the CrossWave there is no site of shedding anywhere!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my tile floors which is most of my home. It vacuumed well, still getting used to how to use it. It does not get real close to walls but that is not a problem. I tried to use it on area rug but it just got worse because I didn't read the part that if your roller was dirty (mine was from doing my tile first) you should clean the roller. Think I'll get another roller to use on rugs. It pulled up a lot of nasty dirt, when I thought my floors were clean. The clean up was messy but I can deal with it. The 2 tanks are great to keep the clean from the dirty water.

It does drip a little bit of dirty water once in a while but that is very easy to clean up. I have vinyl, lament, and tile floors. I still need to try it on my wood floors.

So easy to operate and cuts cleaning time in half, PLUS my back wasn't hurting afterwards. Makes fast work of cleaning the floors and does an amazing job! My house smells so clean, and the floors shine. Works great on multiple services…only question is why did I wait so long to buy one?

Amazing! Light weight and easy to use. Who doesn't want to save time by sweeping and mopping at the same time? The swivel head feature helps when working on a tough spot. A couple minor things would really make this machine a superior one. 1. An attachment with a little angled broom. While the machine does get fairly close to the walls, it would be nice to grab an attachment to sweep dust and dirt away from the corners and walls when necessary. 2. Other end of the broom should have a pad to work up tough spots. 3. Top cord handles should rotate/release so you can easily remove cord without unwinding the cord. 4. Add a little vinegar to the cleaning solution to prevent streaks on laminate flooring. 5. Brush with more bristle to help clean uneven floors (tile). Currently you need to use extra effort to get to the low spots where the grout is.

I love being able to go from my hardwood floor to my area rug with a switch of a button. With having two small, older, dogs, I love this pet cleaner. Gets rid of the odor and the vacuum picks up more hair than my other vacuum. Very happy with this purchase.

This little Vac really cleaned my entire house in an hour, with no need to manually mop the floor afterwards. My hardwood floors are from the 1950's and have cracks between the planks. This vacuum really got the floor cleaned, even the cracks. I was amazed at the amount of debris in the dirty water tank, since we also have a new Rainbow vacuum that we use regularly. I would recommend this to anyone who is considering this type of product. The reviews can't really do it justice.
