Compared to having vacuumed my hard wood floors separately in the past to pick up all loose dust and dirt, and then having had to pass a wet sponge mop using a bucket of vinegar water, the Bissell CrossWave is a blessing. I used it on both my hard wood floors and to clean my area rugs and it worked like a dream. I admit it requires some degree of clean up of its various parts but I think it is well worth the effort when you see the nice results, and are able to clean your floors and rugs so much more quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend it. It pays for itself over and over with each application.

I cleaned one area rug with the Crosswave and use it to mop and vacuum all my floors and it is wonderful and so easy and lightweight to use. Love this machine. Used once by the time I am writing the review. My husband and I did not use it right away thinking it was complicated but not at all. We used both dry and wet features and really kept my kitchen floor and mud room clean. Great buy. Easy to clean the filter and heafbrush.

I have two large dogs that track in a ton of dirt and drop a lot of hair. I hated vacuuming and mopping my tile floors. This machine is great because it does both. I can't believe how much dirt comes off my tile floors. I also use it for a few doormats and small area rugs. I am very happy with my purchase.

The CrossWave is my everyday saving grace. I really don't know what I would do without it. Cleaning up bully slobber, kool aid spills, muddy boot prints, and pet hair, I use my CrossWave EVERY DAY!!! I have been a bissell girl for years. Every floor cleaning machine I have is a bissell. I even turned my mom on to them. I love all the bissell products but the CrossWave, that is the evolution of cleaning machines!

Having a large dog I am always having to mop my floors. I was looking for a way to make things easier and this product solved the problem. I first used it in the dry mode only to see how it worked on the dog hair and dirt. I was very pleased with the performance. A few days later I used the mop and sweep mode. I was very surprised by how well it cleaned. It was easy to clean, use, and saved me a great deal of time and labor. At times there was a little excessive water on the floor when pushing and pulling back and fouth. I found by letting off the water dispensing trigger and going over the area it picked the water up and looked great. This product overall is great.

I clean my floors regularly because we have two very big dogs, but this cleaned my floors even better. Very happy with my Bissell Crosswave.
