[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like this on my laminate flooring. It's left streaks and a dull finish. Could be the Bessel cleaning solution. I had to go over all the floors with my Swiffer wet jet to get any shine or non streaking. Did good on my carpets.

I am here to tell you OIT not heavy at all and is easy to use. A real eye opener is how much dirt this picks up. My floors didn't look that dirty but the CrossWave proved me wrong!!! I love this cleaner but it does leave streaks on the floor ifyou're not aware that the brush is dirty. It is important to use the soap that comes with the machine. I tried without and the floors don't look that good without it. It's a good cleaner but you must watch the videos to really know how to use it before using this cleaner that will make it so much easier!

What a mess. The cleanup alone makes this not worth it. It didn't mop all that well, super disappointed as I was looking forward to this machine! The second the roller gets dirty, you had better clean it or it will make a bigger mess of your floor and rugs. Not a time saver at all versus a vacuum and mop. I'm returning mine.

I live alone, no pets or kiddies to make my floors dirty. It's just me. Every time I use the machine, I'm just amazed to see all the dirt that this Bissell CrossWave picks up! I love how it leaves my engineered wood floors clean and smelling fresh. The drying time is quick. By following the wood grain, it does not leave any streaks at all. Vacuuming and washing at the same time is just the very best. I'm handicapped and whenever I go out, I do it using my 4 wheels scooter. When I come back home, I park that scooter inside my apartment. If it rained, or there is snow, coming back in the apartment, the scooter will leave traces of dirt, water or slush. This machine just cleans everything up and leaves my floor super clean. On a special note: Last May, I purchased the BISSELL® Symphony Complete® All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop | 1132D It's a great machine! But ... CrossWave® All-in-One Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac | 1785C Is better for me because of how it picks up all the mess done by my scooter. Cleaning the machine after I used it takes only a few minutes. For me, it really was worth purchasing this machine. I don't have any regrets at all. I'm giving this machine a 4 stars because: For the price I paid, Bissell should add to the package a cleaning roller for hardwood floors and an 8 FL OZ (236mL) Wood Floor Formula. I had to purchased 2 rollers for hardwood floor. I'm in Canada. The rollers came from the US. It took almost 2 weeks before I got them. I purchased a bottle of Wood Floor Formula for CrossWave - 32 oz. | 1929 and it's expensive. The price on this item really should be less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My home has 3 types of flooring: hardwood, laminate wood flooring, and tile. This little Vac really cleaned my entire house in an hour, with no need to manually mop the floor afterwards. My hardwood floors are from the 1950's and have cracks between the planks. This vacuum really got the floor cleaned, even the cracks. I was amazed at the amount of debris in the dirty water tank, since we also have a new Rainbow vacuum that we use regularly. I would recommend this to anyone who is considering this type of product. The reviews can't really do it justice.

Absolutely love this item...I am getting too old to get down on hands/knees to clean floor so based on previous reviews, I decided to buy one of these. I already have a steam cleaner which did NOT do the job and a couple other cleaner devices which I didn't like. This cleaner does exactly what it says it will do...however, does not get up right against baseboards but that's okay, I can do that by hand. I have two outside dogs which I let inside because one of them is terrified of storms and this cleaner actually vacuums and mops those paw prints right up. Thought it was kind of pricey BUT worth every penny!! I don't always use the cleaning solution..sometimes, I just use hot water only. The rollers, as opposed to brushes, is what makes the difference...it's just like a rotating mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used for the last 3 weeks and am very happy. Works well on my hard woods and tile floors and a few of my short pile carpets. Saves time when cleaning up pet hair and small dirt without need to vacuum first.

It's cut my cleaning time in 1/2.. I used a vacuum to clean up the floors then an ocedar mop and 2 mop buckets. 1 regular for the clean water and the ocedar bucket to rinse the dirty mop. Such a hassle. The crosswave is 1 machine and does the same work I would.
