[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, set-up, and especially - to clean after use. All the dirty components open and are removable for easy cleaning. It does an excellent job of vacuuming minor dirt and debris along with simultaneous cleaning. The slightly damp floor after dries quickly. With its' swivel head can get into some tight spaces. It is corded electric, not battery, generating power to both vacuum and clean. Typically corded appliances have more power than battery powered ones. I felt the price was on the high side, even with discounts, for a product to clean floors. However, with the return policy, I bought to try it out and was pleasantly surprised. We've only had it a few weeks so its' durability is unknown.

I love this! With 3 boys ranging from 1 to 9 and 2 dogs cleaning feels like an all day event. Being able to sweep and mop at the same time? That's a win ! The suction is great and I can't believe how dirty my hardwood floors were prior to using the cross wave. I love the self cleaning function, it's not the same as the cordless but it makes cleaning the Crosswave easy after it picks up all the dirt off my floors without having to take it completely apart and wipe it down making it more time consuming. The only flaw that I personally do not like is that it is loud. This is not something I can use when my youngest is napping and my kids have complained about how loud it is. But it's not a make or break to me. I'm glad I made this purchase !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a vacuum that did a wonderful job such as this one I have five children and no rugs we always had what we call grocery store feet black and dirty when they don't wear socks but these there were no more dirty feet the dirty water that came out of there was horrible now when I clean my floors I know they're clean I am 64 years old and this is a very good product I had a choice to decide on the cordless but I like chords better I recommend this to everyone at dinner time when my one-year-old drops things we don't even think twice we know when we do clean up after dinner we just use the Bissell and the job is done thank you so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this to work well but I was very disappointed. It leaves a bigger mess than cleaning. For example after using it, I turn it off and go to pick it up and it left a big puddle of murky gray water and dirt! It leaves streaks even after following the tips on the video. It also does not go under the kitchen cabinets so I still have to sweep and mop. I really wanted this to work but unfortunetly I am sending it back for a refund.

I can clean an area and put the CrossWave away and use it again and again until the soapy water is gone. With my cats, I like to sanitize often. Cleaning the unit is a breeze.
