I just got new floors put in back in February and even then, I have never seen or felt my floors be so clean!! If something ever happened to it, I'd definitely buy a new one! It makes sweeping fun

The Bissell CrossWave does a fantastic job on my hardwood and tile floors. I have tried so may ways to clean my floors and I have finally found what does the job! My hardwood floors shine and we have no more streaks. The tile floors feels so clean on my feet. I wish they would come out with one that around 24 inch's wide. I have a lot of floor area and this would make it faster for me. I highly recommend this floor cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought that I would be obsessed over a vaccum! The deep clean is amazing and my home smells so fresh after. The only reasons for a 4 are that it's suction is so powerful that smaller area rugs get caught in it and taking it apart to dry out after each time for 24 hours a bit of a nuance for on the go cleaning.

I love that I can use it on the floors and the rugs all at the same time with just a push of a button. Next time I will spend the extra money and buy the cordless one!

It scrubs up dried spills and everything. The floor dries in seconds! I believe strongly that every new Mom should get one as a baby shower gift. Thank you Bissell!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this Bissell on our porcelain tile floors. There is a high-pitched noise when using the machine that I don't know is "normal". It's very annoying. The machine seemed to work well for the first month. Then it started "streaking". Now, when I am applying water to the floor, it applies it in streaks rather than a smooth distribution across the brush. It is also not vacuuming up the water as well as it did a month ago, when the machine was new. On the positive side, it is getting a lot of dirt off the tile floor. Our tile is newly installed and it is pulling up a lot of the residue from grouting. It does not clean marks or dried food off the floor, however. I have to go back and hand remove them.

Quality easily "SURPASSES" simulated uses but "AT A REDUCED" price underscores quality can come without raising the product price

I used it after mopping the floor with a standard mop and was amazed at the amount of dirt it picked up. I have wood floors with "V" grooves between planks and it does a much better job cleaning.

To go from hard floors to a runner rug to wash with a touch of a button at the same time it is amazing. It really collected some much of animal hair along with mine.
