I cleaned one area rug with the Crosswave and use it to mop and vacuum all my floors and it is wonderful and so easy and lightweight to use. Love this machine. I tried sharks machine and was not happy. Thanks for this amazing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two little girls ages 1 and 2. I also have hardwood floors. My kids' favorite pastime is throwing spaghetti on the floor and spilling juice. They also enjoy the occasional ice cream dripping all over my floor and smearing icing into my floors. I no longer have to wash the floors and hands and knees (because swiffers and mops weren't cutting it). I didn't even know this thing existed until my sister told me about and at that moment I forced my husband to buy it! (Yea, FORCED ). I would buy this thing again and again!

I absolutely!!! My crosswave!! Love that u can vacuum an mop @ the same time. Its soooo gross what all get mopped up!! Ive nvr seen my floors look so clean. Picks up ALL tje dog hair!!! The ONLY down fall I've found, the base/head where the roller is....is kinda bulky? So its hard to get inbetween things...like my toilet an wall. But no big enough of a deal for me not to love it still. Probably shld have looked into getting the cordless one. The cord gets on my nerves. But i figured it would last alot longer with having the cord an not dealing with the battery. So easy to break down an clean!!!!

I received this a few weeks ago and is now my go to when cleaning my laminate floors. This saves me time eliminating the need to separately sweep then mop. In two passes, I can first vacuum the dirt while apply the cleaning liquid and on the reverse pass clean up the excess liquid. When disposing the dirty grime from the tank, I suggest using the toliet vs the sink. Clean up is a breeze, just remove the brush and rinse in the sink wringing out the excess water and place on the included brush holder. Rinse the dirty tank and empty the clean tank. Finally, I rinse the front cover and wipe the inside of the brush area clean. Power from the vacuum was more than I expected and the amount of dirt removed from what looked like “lightly soiled” floors is amazing. Glad I purchased.

This CrossWave made cleaning floors and area rugs so treating, enjoyable, and made the surfaces clean in appearance, and a fresh clean scent to the rooms. Also had been great for small spills, messes, etc. Easy to store, and it self cleans very simple.

I have a few floor types in my house...tile, shiny tile, wood and hardwood. Most all have an area rug of some sort as well. It is a nightmare and has been for years to do the floors as there are multiple machines involved. It's back breaking. I saw the crosswave cordless and started my research. Upon seeing that you only had a 30 minute run time for a 4 hour charge, I looked into the corded one. I mean I'm trying to not break my back and racing a clock trying to clean didn't sound appealing to me. The only difference in comments that I saw was that the corded one did not get close to the baseboards and the cordless did. This was not a big concern to me, so after debating for a few days, I dove off the cliff and purchased the corded one. Days went by and my excitement to receive a cleaning machine kinda made me sad as there are many more things I could be excited about, but ya know it is what it is. The day of delivery finally came and I opened it like a Christmas gift and went to work. Oh my goodness!!!! I had no idea my floors were as dirty as the tank told me!! You will pull things up that they usually only show on infomercials. Be prepared to grab a grocery bag before you dump the dirty water as I have only one dog, but the muck mixed with the water is what nightmares are made of. The next few times I used it, things got better. That is until I attached the area rug brush. I am wondering why I even plug in the vacuum! The shiny tile I mentioned is in my master bath. Now this tile has had to be hand washed like you see in Cinderella because it streaks so bad. Not anymore! It also has the capability to not leave the floors sticky as they are regularly covered in hairspray I read many reviews and I hope this one will help someone make a decision to purchase one as my life is much easier now.

My hardwood floors look so good and have never seemed so clean! With two large indoor dogs who shed heavily, this product has been a life-saver. Had some shipping issues but the delays were on the carrier end and not the company's fault. The customer service staff was courteous and very helpful!
