I've only used this a few times it works really well comes with extra brushes and bottles of floor cleaner it's pretty easy to use I recommend watching a few tube videos and be sure to clean after each use which is simple and what the big tray that comes with it is for I only gave 4 stars because I want to use it a few more times we recently went to all tile and vinyl floors with area rugs and have 3 dogs so the vacuum is great saves time so far so good :)

I have been wanting to try one of these for a while. Found one at a good price on Boxing Day and I am very glad I purchased it. We have a lot of ceramic tile in our house and it was always a pain to clean (I hate the mop & bucket routine and the swiffer was not cutting it). The CrossWave is very easy to set up and use, and does a great job of cleaning the floors. It even gets stuff out of the grout lines. Best of all, it does a good job of drying the floors afterwards (dry enough to walk on in about 2 minutes). You don't even need to vacuum first, since this cleans and vacuums at the same time. Highly recommended.

I LOVE this vacuum! I have another vacuum that claims to work on "bare floors" but they just never work well, because they're designed for carpets! I was so sick of dirt and dust being propelled across the floor, or never being able to pick up every little big with a broom. Enter the CrossWave. The CrossWave allows me to get EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF DIRT in a single pass! I can also use the same opportunity to actually clean the floors! I previously used a swiffer wetjet for floor cleaning (I like things quick/simple) but once I used the CrossWave I realized it never really got clean - the CrossWave picked up SO MUCH MORE (yuck)! Cannot get enough of this vac! I have also used it on my super low pile carpet and it removed a stain that had been sitting for literal months! Hello efficiency! Absolutely worth every single penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this machine so far! My previous routine required sweeping then mopping the whole house and the mop tended to just push the dirt around. The Bissell makes my clean up so much easier and picks up a lot of dirt! So far it does a good job of picking up small debris on the floor,so you just mop and vacuum all in one. You should definitely clean it after every use as a lot of dirt can get picked up in one run. The bottom of the machine does get wet, so dust will stick to it, but I haven't noticed any of this transfer to my floors. The only thing I have noticed is the wheels leave streaks on the floor as you move forward, but just pull back on the vacuum before moving onto the next patch and this solves that problem. Our hardwood floor is also a grey color so you can't see it much, it would be more visible on dark brown hardwood. Overall this machine makes my life much easier and I spend far less time cleaning. No kids, but there are three adults in this house and things can get dirty quickly. If you lead a busy life, this thing is a life saver. It also works great for a quick vacuum on hardwood floor!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could be a little bit stronger on the sucking up of the used water put on the floor after the brushes clean it seams to not have tough enough bristles on the brushes. It beats the old fashioned mop. But for the price I thought it would closer to a commercial machine. If this one wears out or brakes i will look for your upgraded one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this machine cleans and DRIES. I used to have to wash/ scrub, then dry my floors. Having great success in the past with the bissell carpet cleaner, I purchased this with high hopes. I wasn't disappointed. I had washed my floors for 2 hours the day before. I could not believe how dirty the water was with this machine, washing the same floors (which should have been pristine) the next day. I did the floors in 1/2 of the time, with little effort. I love that you're always using fresh water. Cord length is sufficiently long. Tanks large enough. I prefer to vacuum/sweep before I use the machine. Thank you bissell for making my life so much better/easier!❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I saw this I knew I needed it badly. Two dogs, all wood floors, and area rugs. I was ready to send my huge area rug out and spend more than this product cost just to get it cleaned. After cleaning my bamboo flooring I went right up onto my 5 x 8 wool area rug and cleaned it. It dried quickly, didn't shrink, and looked new again. I then finished the rest of the house. It cleaned my bathroom tile and I just quickly wiped up the areas it wouldn't reach with disinfectant wipes. This CrossWave cleaner is a miracle to me. I told my sisters about it and they are getting one as well. I've been cleaning house for a long long time and now I feel like I've been given a wonderful gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great on floors, saves me time from mopping, only problem is the tank doesnt full up completely need to empty it out often, and does not work on area rugs, other than that i have no other issues

Is convieconvenient for quick clean ups, but doesn't get corners. Wish it had attachments and was able to slide underneath furniture. Also, it's impossible to use on stairs. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for something to use while deep cleaning. A bit pricey too.
