[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made the upgrade from the Spinwave to the Crosswave and this vacuum is incredible! I cannot believe how clean it has left my floors. It finds dirt that is not even visible to the eye. It was easy to assemble and I've used it every day since! Nicely done Bissell!

Use this on the kitchen linoleum. It did a great job. I would have given it 5 stars, except as expressed by others, it does not get close to the mop board. Hope they find a way to improve this. However, it did a great job, left the floor clean & shiny! Love the vacuum plus mopping feature. And it is light enough for me to use (have weight restrictions). Cleaning it up is a bit of a job, but the tray they provide to put the machine & wet roller in is very helpful. The cord was plenty long to get the job done without have to find different outlets. I would buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely loving this product! I have a house with two dogs and cats and the floors are a constant pain for me. I was vacuuming daily and mopping once a week and still didn't feel like the floors were clean. Not to mention my area rugs were getting dingy and I didn't have anything to clean them with. I'm so happy with this product because it replaces three items in my home and cuts my cleaning time more than in half! I no longer have to sweep, then vacuum, then mop and spot clean my carpet because this does it all! I couldn't believe the amount of dirty in the dirty container even after I had previously mopped with my old mop. I am so happy with this purchase.

I love the fact that it vacumns and mops the floor at the same time. IT is easy to use. The only thing that is a problem is that it leaves streaks on both sides of the brush as you pull it back and forth. I have only used it two times so maybe there is something that I need to learn. Maybe the floor was just to dirty at the time. AS I use it more often maybe they will go away. I had to go over the floor with another had mop that I squirted water on and then ran the mop over and the steaks left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works pretty well. It's not a replacement for a thorough hand scrubbing, but for use in between it is way better than having to haul around a bucket of water and mop. It's quick and easy to operate and the tray it rests in is a great feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on laminate floors and I am amazed at how much dirt and hair it picks up. I purchased the corded unit and found that the cord is a bit bothersome, so if you can afford the cordless unit, go for it. Overall a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's simple to use, assemble and disassemble. Well built. Cleans the floors very well, if you look around the internet for reviews, we found they accurately describe the performance. For us it is time and space saving, since with one device you do the whole cleaning without needing multiple passes of different machines etc. Where there's more dirt you just go back and forth a couple of times, and where the floor is OK a single pass is enough. Not surprisingly, it has difficulty with corners or tight spaces, so if you need or want a complete shine for every cm^2, you'll need a mop anyway. I recommend it. The only disadvantage is that the cleaning fluid is expensive, we haven't tinkered with other products so far.

I took it to my parents house and used it on their floors. They were also very impressed. In fact, my mom called me and asked me to bring it back to do their bathroom floors. So easy to use. Quicker than having to vacuum floor and then mop it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a vinyl plank floor that shows every spot of water or dirt that I am constantly having to clean. I love that this will vacuum and clean at the same time. It saves me from having to sweep the floor before I mop it. I also love that you are constantly using clean water on the floor instead of just pushing a dirty mop around. The only thing that is kind of a pain is having to take the machine apart and clean it after every use.
