[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works pretty well. It's not a replacement for a thorough hand scrubbing, but for use in between it is way better than having to haul around a bucket of water and mop. It's quick and easy to operate and the tray it rests in is a great feature.

Having dogs and a teenage son, you can imagine what my tile floors look like each week. I had owned a competitor's machine, and thought it did alright... Was I wrong! It cleans my ceramic tile beautifully, leaving nearly no residue. It's an easy to manage machine that maneuvers well, and it's intuitive. Not a big learning curve in any respect, from assembly to use. And it's FAST. But that's not the best part. Having very limited use of my hands, I'm cautious when purchasing anything that requires maintenance (or using hand controls). The assembly was super-straightforward, and the after-use cleaning process is fast and easy. Disassemble the brush holder, remove the dirty tank, and rinse. The buttons are easy to press, and the trigger is ergonomic and has a nice smooth action. I truly could not be happier with my investment in terms of price for performance or ease of use. I look forward to years of clean floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third CrossWave I have purchased. I have one at home, one at my office and now one at my vacation home on the beach. I love the wet/dry vac. We have 2 dogs and plenty of company and it cuts my cleaning time in half. Also, I love how clean my floors are once I have finished. No more dirty socks. The solution tank is breeze to fill with clearly marked measurements for water and solution. The dirty water tank and filter are easy to empty and clean. I like the cleaning tray for a quick clean up, but feel rinsing it under running water and wiping it down does a better job. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is it leaves about 1" against any wall, appliance or other object you clean against. About once a month I have to go back with a wet mop to remove the dirt that was not addressed by the CrossWave. That being said, this is my 3rd on because I still feel it is the best wet/dry mop/vacuum on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] House has ALL hardwood floors or vinyl plank and one area rug. We also have 4 cats...aka shed monsters. I normally sweep and mop old school, and got this for quick pick ups between cleanings. I swept, mopped and went over it again with this and was amazed how much dirt my mop/broom missed! My mop is unemployed now! Oh yeah and the cat hair! Its easy to take apart and clean. I've had it for a month now, used it 5 times even on the area rug...no issues. Crossing fingers on longevity as some have complained about that. Going to recommend to family; she has 2 cats, all hardwood and a teenager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way the wet cleaning mode does not soak the floor or rugs. The vacuum also picks up dog hair that I did not realize were on the floor. Only thing is I was expecting more scrubbing from the roller to get more of the hardened debris cleaned up.

Love this machine. Very lightweight and simple to use. Does great job on floors and low pile rugs with ease. Floors dry ALMOST instantly and are actually clean without getting on my hands and knees, without unsightly residue often left with Swiffer-like cleaners. Easy to dump and rinse after using and set in corner till next use.

I think the Bissell CrossWave Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac is a great product overall. It's very easy to use and does a good job both vacuuming the dog hair (from our 2 large dogs) and other small debris as it washes the floor at the same time. It's nice not having to vacuum our tile floors before washing the floors. Having the separate cleaning water tank and separate dirty water tank you know it's clean shampoo water being used all the time. I've only used this product on hard service tile floors. Just a note - the bottom of the CrossWave has chipped when hitting some tiles which are set a little higher. Also, it would be awesome if there was an additional Brush Roll with "harder" longer bristles which would help clean grout better (or even more of the tougher orange ones currently on the roll)

I have only used this to do routine cleaning and not do big messes. It does an alright job and leaves behind a small amount of water which dries much quicker than conventional cleaning. It does struggle with anything stuck on the floor though. Also wouldn't recommend for area rugs.

Our home has nothing but hardwood flooring so this has saved me countless hours sweeping AND mopping. Now I can do both at once and it is AMAZING!

I was going to purchase a carpet cleaner even though I have hardwood floors (not nice ones, but hardwood none the less). I have had them in the past and they work ok. After looking into the hardwood cleaners and watching some YouTube video comparisons, I finally decided to go with this Bissell CrossWave. I have been very happy with it. It does not leave the floor soaked like the carpet cleaner would have. The floor is actually clean when I am done. When I clean with my "mop" thingamajig, if I wiped the floor right after with my hand, it was always still dirty. That is because all it was doing was moving the dirt around and only picking up a small amount. This vacuum's up the dirt and cleans the floor. I no longer need to sweep first which saves me time. The only negative is that the dirt and dirty water go to the same place. But what else can they do?
