I love that my area rugs dry really fast. I am amazed how well it cleanses my hardwood floors. Mopping my floors with a regular mop hurts my back and legs. Using the cross wave my back and legs do not hurt as bad. Sometimes the water will not release but eventually the water will release.

Cons: heavy when the container is full, have to keeps pushing the handle when you clean the floor and it gets uncomfortable for the hand, unfortunate placement for the buttons that keeps turning off the machine when in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With two toddlers and all their messes, this is great to pull out daily. Quick vacuum and mop and I'm done. I love that I don't have to use multiple items and it is all-in-one. Easy to fill up and clean out which is a huge plus as well.

It's so nice to be able to vacuum and mop at the same time! It's so easy to use, easy to clean, and it does a fantastic job without a lot of effort! I highly recommend the Crosswave for everyone.

Great feature because one thing I hated about my bigger rug cleaner was cleaning the parts that were impossible to clean. Has a lot of power too. Great design, great machine, very helpful.

I hate doing floors when I'm cleaning and this vacuum makes it sooooo much easier, I actually like doing my floors now! I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hard floors have never been cleaner--with less work. It vacuums and does the scrubbing for you! Worked wonders on a small area rug. The only complaint: the cleaning solution trigger is placed right where you hold the handle to move the Bissell, so one frequently triggers the flow by accident, without realizing it. One has to carefully place the hand in a slightly awkward position to avoid dispensing fluid constantly while cleaning. Redesign that handle and you'll get 5 stars!

I used my new Bissel Crosswave for the first time today and found it so easy to operate. I think it did a great job of cleaning my hardwoods. If I had any complaint it would be that it didn't get to the edges good enough. It sure beats vacuuming and then going back over to mop. It's a great time and back saver!
