Only way to clean our floors. We have very high traffic floors. Swifter type cleaners just aren't enough and traditional mopping leaves dirty water on our floors. This cleans and sucks the dirty water back up so it and all the dirt never stays on the floors.

It is a little slow but beats vacuuming & them mopping. My whole house except the play room is tile or laminate. It's just what I needed. Hope it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into a home that is all tile, and did not know how I was going to keep up with the dirt by mopping. This CrossWave is terrific! I also got a Eufi (like a Roomba but less expensive-although rated higher). Between the two, my floors are sparkling clean with minimal effort. The only reason I rated four stars instead of five is because it is very loud and has a terrible whine, so I have to wear headphones when I use it. But it's worth it to get the floors clean.

The Bissell CrossWave does a fantastic job on my hardwood and tile floors. I have tried so may ways to clean my floors and I have finally found what does the job! My hardwood floors shine and we have no more streaks. The tile floors feels so clean on my feet. I wish they would come out with one that around 24 inch's wide. I have a lot of floor area and this would make it faster for me. I highly recommend this floor cleaner.

Used crosswave on wood and tile floors and was impressed by the amount of dirt it removed. I thought my floors were pretty clean before. Unit is light and easy to use. I like the separate dirty water tank and the way the brush is easily cleaned after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used the CrossWave All-In-One machine for the very first time on my Bruce hardwood floors. Loved the cleaning results and the fact that it vacuumed up the dirty water with little effort at all. The hardwood looked great and dried in no time at all. This machine is so easy to use and will see lots of use because our Golden Retriever brings in mud on her feet every time she comes in from the back yard.

I LOVE IT! I previously had Hoover Hard Floor Cleaners which always did the job,,, until they broke. I have had 4 of them each new one lasting less time than the previous one. After the last one's short lifespan,,, (about 8-10 uses, but over a year old so no warranty), I decided it was time to make a change. I wasn't sure of the Bissel when I first took it out of the box. I didn't know how well the cotton brush/roller was going to perform. But to my surprise, it totally does it's job. The floor was as clean as it had ever been when I used the Hoover or when I did it the old fashion way on my hands and knees. I didn't have much luck with Hoover Floor care products. I always seemed to have streaks and sometimes it felt as though there was a residue left on my floors. So I used another cleaner from a spray bottle and just plain water in the hoover to rinse. Hesitantly, I decided to try to Bissel Multi Surface Cleaner sample that came with the new machine. LOVE IT! No residue, no streaks and my floors look beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Bissell Crosswave on my hardwood floors and area rugs. I love the fact that u can vaccuum and clean your floor without switching appliances. We have lots of dog hair and mud that they bring in. Bring out the Bissell and in one swoop it's all taken care of. No more sweeping, mopping or trying to use Swiffer products. Very easy to take apart and clean. I can't use the Bissel cleaners on my Pergo floors as I am only suppose to use vinegar and water. I mix it up in a gallon jug and pour it in and use it just like the cleaners. I bought the pet roller separate. The rollers clean up easy also and the tray has a place to sit them to dry. Lightweight and swivels. Absolutely love it. Made my life easier as I now don't spend so much time switching between broom, mop and vaccum.
