We have 4 children under 4 so you can imagine the messes but this wet vac cleans with ease. It works great on all our area rugs too. It is so much more convenient to use them my big shampooer. Would highly recommend to anyone to use on every day basis.

Amazing! Two jobs done at the same time! Vacuum and wash your floors at the same time. Doesn't get any better than this. Followed the advice on the asssembly card and watched a couple of videos which really helped. My advice is watch the videos first before you actually use the system to avoid making the mistake I made. Huge time saver and the cleaning solution works well and smells wonderful. I purchased a large bottle of cleaner at the same time and was glad I did. A small bottle comes in the box when you purchase but you will be inspired to do your floors and carpets more often so you will need more, so may as well buy it at the same time. Big bonus...with every purchase Bissell Pet Foundation helps to save more pets!!

Used this for the first time this weekend and I am a huge fan. Cleans floor thoroughly and clean up is even easier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and actually already have. The only thing I get worries about is if the main handle is going to hold up as it seems pretty light weight.

I had used the Floormate for years on my tile floors and really liked how clean it go my floors. We have moved to a house with Travertine floors and learned that the soft stone needs a microfiber cloth for cleaning. The Crosswave uses a microfiber roller, and I found that using the roller for wood floors to be perfect. The dirty water was really dirty, so I know the Crosswave did a good job. It is lighter and easy to maneuver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we moved into our current house we have about 2500 sq ft of tile and have never completed mopping the whole house in one clean. And the back pain made the job something we rarely do. This vaccuum has made the job SO much easier and not NEARLY as hard on the body. I could see, smell, and feel a difference in the areas cleaned and it took so little time. The multi surface cleaning solution smells SO good. My only complaint is that the reservoirs are small and required frequent filling and emptying.

Love it, but it could be better with a few tweaks. This thing would be absolutely amazing if it had onboard tools for the sofa! Maneuverability is good, even though I find it a bit heavy. (I'm writing this review after having shoulder surgery 3 months ago though.) The only other negative is cleaning the dirt catching cup (bleh) and washing the roller after every use. It's not a deal breaker, but it is a little bit of a drag. Why can't it be self-cleaning, like the oven?!? :-)

The first time I used the Crosswave I couldn't believe how much dirt it picked up. Each time I use there is a little less. And the floors look so good. I'm not ashamed to have someone come to my house. It makes me feel good! I have had one minor problem. Make sure you get cap of solution bottle on straight.

The Bissell CrossWave is the perfect tool to clean my floors. I use a power wheelchair and the wheels leave tracks everywhere I go. This Bissell unit is easy to use and cleans my floor of all tracks from my chair. The amount of cleaning liquid and water is from one tank is enough to do all my floors. I would buy again.
