Oh My Goodness. This machine is amazing. Came with extra rollers, generous cleaning detergent included. I was embarrassed when I saw how yucky the water was when I tried it on my kitchen floor. I did linoleum, throw rugs and laminate floors. When I read the “cons” of this in reviews, I quickly learned to Follow the Directions! My floors have never felt this clean. I bought one for our food pantry and our Church nursery also. Clean floors for the baby toddlers. I have told everyone they have to buy this.

This product is AWESOME! Not only does it vacuums your floor it also cleans it. I also love the swivel head, it keeps me from moving chairs. GREAT product! I am very pleased! :-)

This is just what we needed to make cleaning SO much easier that we just purchased a 2nd one for other friends of ours that do dog boarding for their lobby area which is rugs and linoleum so they could clean everything at once.

Pre vacuuming and pre-soaking traffic areas is essential. Buy all the brushes and an extra solution tank because you really go through your fluid quickly. The mechanical design is very done and seems to be robust. Vac/pre-soak/bristle brush/hybrid brush and then drying brush is the process I used and floors are beautiful!

We love near the ocean with lots of sand. I was vacuuming 2x days, mopping once. Floors never seemed to be cleaned. After a year of living in this house I discovered the Crosswave. My life has changed. It gets up all the hair, sand, and Dane slobber. It doesn't deep clean the carpet but that's ok. I've told everyone I know about this. #gamechanger #sweepstakes

I was a steam mop user for years but I felt I was steaming around dirt. The Bissell vacuum/mop suction power is what I love most about it. I love to see all the dirty water it collects! Easy to clean up part after each use too...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works pretty good so far. I really like how dry it gets the floors after washing it. My only negative is that it doesn't get the edges at all. I read that about it in previous reviews and didn't think it was a big deal, but it does leave a streak at the ends that you can tell the clean from the not clean. I have to go around all the edges with a towel and clean up. I wish it was a harder brush/roller. It doesn't clean grout tiles. Maybe a future option where we can change out the roller for a harder brush type. that's a thought.
