This is the second Bissell cross wave I purchased for my second house. I couldn't be without it. You do not have to sweep just use the Bissell cross wave and watch how much dirt comes off your floor and importantly it's effortless. When you're done you can slide across your floor without feeling any sticky or gritty residue. I'm gonna buy one for my daughter now. My only criticism as I wish it scrubbed a little harder

I'd never even heard of this until I was at a new friend's house and she whipped this baby out. I have all wood floors so this is perfect. I now look forward to cleaning day! I'm wanting to buy my mom one for Christmas as she has knee and back problems and this would be easier on her.

I use to dread the thought of vacuuming then mopping my floors because it would take a good portion of 1 of my 2 days off. The CrossWave All-in-one has made cleaning my floors a lot quicker and does a much better job. I loved mine so much I bought one for my sister.

I have used it three times so far and am very happy with the way it works. I do hate to have to go outside to wash out filter under hose, but I don't want all the junk to go down my sink or toilet. I wish you sold the crosswave pet because I have long hair and it comes out quite a bit and the pet is supposed to have a strainer that you can empty in the trash from what I've read. I intend to get the crosswave pet later.

I had recently bought one for myself and I love it! It makes a huge difference in my cleaning time. I bought my daughter one and she said it was a game changer! Her husband is a COVID-19 long hauler and taking care of him and a toddler has been overwhelming for her and she has a full time job! This machine has been a tremendous help for her!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works very well on hard surfaces. Forget all of the other similar products like robots, swifters and mops! The corded version works better and no worries with the battery go low or dying out in the middle. I wish the roller was easier to change out. Also, I'm not sure what other cleaning liquids I may be able to use in the tank other than their own proprietary product Bissell sells. No offense to them, but it would be nice to have some alternatives.

My wife and I found the Crosswave to be all that the hype claimed; which is very unusual for any product. We gave it a 5 star rating; which is virtually unheard of in this household. We are not super hard to please but; we expect a product to do what the manufacture claims; and the Crosswave does. We give it 5 stars in every category; cleaning; simplicity of use and cleaning. All parts disassemble and reassemble with ease of both understanding how; and doing. We have decided that; any future needs in cleaning aids and equipment we will turn to Bissell. Thank you for research and development of such exemplary product line. Because of this product; of which we would buy again; any futures purchases of this nature; we will go to Bissell. Love repeating myself; esp. when the product bears repeating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally obsessed with this! makes cleaning so easy, I would have given it a 5 but if you don't clean it really well after using it, it has a really bad odor but I learned my lesson and it hasn't happened again.

I was a steam mop user for years but I felt I was steaming around dirt. The Bissell vacuum/mop suction power is what I love most about it. I love to see all the dirty water it collects! Easy to clean up part after each use too...
