I'm not big on “gadgets” but this one was worth it. I always sweep, mop, and re sweep, but not anymore. This takes care of business nicely!! Gave 4 stars bc it needs a cleaning after EACH use!! Havnt had it long enough to truly give more opinion, but so far I'm very impressed!!

It vacuums the floor, it scrubs and cleans the water but it is very heavy to use. I know I'm old, but it just seems too difficult for a senior to use. I bought it because as a senior I needed an easier way to clean my floors but now I'm not so sure.

I live in a yard with no grass, and it has been muddy the majority of the last few months. This thing has saved my life. It moved me from hours of sweeping and mopping to half an hour for everything. Easy clean up of the product. I have been telling everyone I know to buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked well but, as with all new appliances, there is a learning curve. When we changed the clean water tank out we didn't properly get the cap tightened and water went everywhere but we just vacuumed it up.

Idk why I didn't buy this vacuum sooner. Does a great job of vacuuming and mopping the floors. Only flaw is that it doesn't get up against the walls very well but I'm okay with that because it gets everything else and saves time and back pain on the majority of the floor. Plus it takes 2 seconds to wipe against the walls with something else.

So far I have only used this once but WOW! My floors felt and looked so clean. The only thing I would knock on it is it does not get right next to the baseboard. It leaves about a 1 inch strip that it does not clean, otherwise I'm very impressed. I had vacuumed my floors prior to use and I couldn't believe all the stuff it still picked up on top of that. It definitely made the floors super clean again. Yay!! Plus set up was easy and clean up was easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used once and noticed that the cord to plug in is at bottom on machine and would prefer it up further up. Not sure how well it cleaned the tile on balcony. Need to use more to really see if I like the Bissell product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gets the dirt you cant see, until it's in the water tank. Cuts the work in half and gets floors really clean. Much better than my steam mop. This is my second purchase, my daughter loves the one I bought for her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's amazing! It keeps my floors to sparkly clean and my carpets smelling so nice.. and I can take everything out and wash it so easily - the only thing that gross is that it's wet dust but who cares when I feel like my house is so cleannnnnnnnn
