Couldn't adjust suction power. When held up a little from rug worked but creaked a couple times. Nothing cracked but thought it did. Could be somewhat more durable. Overall love it

I LOVE IT! I previously had Hoover Hard Floor Cleaners which always did the job,,, until they broke. I have had 4 of them each new one lasting less time than the previous one. After the last one's short lifespan,,, (about 8-10 uses, but over a year old so no warranty), I decided it was time to make a change. I wasn't sure of the Bissel when I first took it out of the box. I didn't know how well the cotton brush/roller was going to perform. But to my surprise, it totally does it's job. The floor was as clean as it had ever been when I used the Hoover or when I did it the old fashion way on my hands and knees. I didn't have much luck with Hoover Floor care products. I always seemed to have streaks and sometimes it felt as though there was a residue left on my floors. So I used another cleaner from a spray bottle and just plain water in the hoover to rinse. Hesitantly, I decided to try to Bissel Multi Surface Cleaner sample that came with the new machine. LOVE IT! No residue, no streaks and my floors look beautiful.

I'm so happy I finally bought it as I've been looking at it for about 6 months. Floor get vacuumed and washed in one shot. Life just got a little bit easier. Not only is it a good deal but Bissell also helps our furry friends.

Scrub brush is pretty effective at lifting up smudges and stuff. It'd be nice if it were slimmer so it could get under appliances etc.; also would be nice if it could get closer to edges. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this machine! You get to sweep and mop at the same time! You can go from washing your hard floors to vacuuming the rug. It really works great on both. Also when you use it instead of mopping the floor dries very fast. You don't have to bend over or work your back to use it. It's light weight and sleek. This helps cut down on dust as well because your not sweeping it into the air. You can clean the machine very well after each use (which is SUPER EASY to do) to keep it in good condition and running like new. The floor roller brush cleans up very nice, I was surprized as I thought it would be stained brown forever after the first use on my floors. The only thing that could use some improvement is the size of the catch tank. You do have to empty it often. This machine is my FAVORITE, I am totally in LOVE. Sweepstakes.

I love the Bissell CrossWave. I am a senior and it is so hard for me to sweep and mop my large kitchen floor. Now the new Bissell Crosswave is easy for me to clean my kitchen floors, carpets and wood floors. Two jobs in one. I visited my daughter in law and she had one I watched her clean her floors. Easy cleaning up the parts of the vac cleaner. So happy I purchased the Bissell Crosswave.

This is only the second time I have used the vacuum and it does NOT work as described! I have vynil floors and since my cat sheds, I pre sweep the whole house. I do it so the vacuum won't get clogged. If there is a spot on the floor, I have to go over and over and still does not come out. This leads me to get down and scrub the spot out myself. If I leave it standing for a minute, it leaves a muddy puddle on the floor. So now I have to sit it in a towel whenever I stop. I thought buying this expensive vacuum would save me time, but in fact, I have to pre sweep and mop myself. I would like to return it, I still have the box. It's terrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love my new Crosswave but it is in fact so new that I haven't used it enough to give it a 5 Star review. But it seems to work just as they claimed. It's not too heavy (I have to lift it to put it away so that's good), easy to clean after using although the brush heads seem to take a long time to dry but that's not really a problem. And while my very furry dog did die last year so pet hair is not currently a problem, I am hoping for a new puppy this Fall so looking forward to not having to sweep up bags full of dog hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I like it. It's a bit heavy but so is a bucket and mop so I think it's a better option. Only using it for bathroom and kitchen but that's where I really want to get floors clean. Would love for Bissell to make a cleaning solution with some vinegar or hydrogen peroxide to kill germs. I hope it holds up over time but I am pleased so far.

I was very happy with how this worked and was very surprised that it didn't leave water on the floor. There was dirty water in the holding tank! heck yeah..... it puts down clean water and so no dirty water is used again. I did the whole floor and some rugs, very happy with the results.
