Disappointed. Saw the commercials and was expecting an easier to use product. Came with very little cleaning fluid

Disappointing

This products does not clean as well as it should it leaves dirt and residue. I clean up after using it really.

Don't buy this

i love this machine. it vaccuums and steams all at the same time. no more mop and bucket or broom for me.

i would buy this product again.

I think it is wonderful to be able to clean carpet and floors every time you vacuum. It makes a home way cleaner.

This piece of equipment is the finest cleaning product.

No good. Doesn't clean close to edges. Doesn't suck up all the water. Left film on the floors. Noisy.

I would not recommend this to anyone.

I really wanted to love the Bissell CrossWave but it did not meet expectations. The vacuum function works as advertised but when it came to using it as a mop function the unit doesn't seem to have enough suction power and leaves dirty water drops on the floor after each pass, then when I turn the unit off there's a large puddle of dirty water left under it. I thought I was doing something wrong washed everything, reread the manual and watched instruction videos and had the same results with the 2nd use.

Bissell CrossWave puddling problem...

My daughter has a Labrador and this product was able to handle all of the shedded hair.  The hardwood floor and the bathroom tile floor turned out wonderful with the multi use cleaner.  I didn't need the instructions to put it together.  I did have a minor issue with taking it apart for cleaning.  Gave it to my husband to get the roller mechanism out.  Don't wait to buy one!  Saves time, and works great.
