Bissell CrossWave Complete Floor and Area Rug Cleaner

I thought i would love this, but i do not! I regret buying it so bad! First off its a neat idea but it is so nasty

I use on all flooring. It's helpful to sweep up dirt and clean the floors all at once, not having two steps.

Shortens cleaning time.

it is very hard to take off the brushroll cover.  my fingers are always sore now.  i do not recommend.

The vacume works great especially on carpets. Leaves debris behind on floors and rugs. Does not reach in tight areas or underneath furniture.

I would NOT biy this product again

It seems that every time I fill the tank, I sucks it up so fast that I have to empty the dirty tank. I am also having an issue with it leaking.

Have to Refill/Empty Too Frequently

This is so easy to use and does a remarkable job! Lightweight makes it easy to move around. Absolutely love it!

I LOVE this machine!

The only I thing I would recommend is adding a roller that has more bristles for dirty spots but other than that I love it.

One of the best purchases I've ever made

I really wanted to love the Bissell CrossWave but it did not meet expectations. The vacuum function works as advertised but when it came to using it as a mop function the unit doesn't seem to have enough suction power and leaves dirty water drops on the floor after each pass, then when I turn the unit off there's a large puddle of dirty water left under it. I thought I was doing something wrong washed everything, reread the manual and watched instruction videos and had the same results with the 2nd use.

Bissell CrossWave puddling problem...

I received my Crosswave a few weeks ago and have used it several times already. I have two large dogs and 6 month old son, so I have to clean my floors daily to keep the dirt and fur from the dogs off the floor and clean for baby to he on. My entire main floor is laminate wood and I have three large area rugs. I used to spend at least an hour and half cleaning my floor....sweep up dog fur, vacuum entire floor, them mop floor and wait for it to dry. With the Crosswave it's now just one step for me and it works great!! Suction is amazing and no waiting for floors to dry, they are dry within seconds with the Crosswave. Bonus is that I can also clean my area rugs with it and it does a good job on the low pile area rugs I have. Now I can clean my floor in half the time that it used to take me. Very happy with this machine.
