I used this for the first time yesterday. It is amazing! Cleaned and sucked up the water without any problems.

First time I used it I wasn't sure it was really cleaning that well. Then I emptied the water tank! Unbelievable!!

Have a disabled dog, who has frequent accidents. This is wonderful for cleaning up without leaving the nasty mop smears on my floors.

The floors I use it on are all tile which is my bathroom, dining & kitchen, hall & office/wash room. Mine did not come with the hardwood floor brush.

I used my Bissell Crosswave for my hardwood floors. It is so quick and easy to use. I love that I get to sweep and mop my floors at the same time.

Love that it vacuums and washes floor or carpet (small sections). Also appreciate it doesn't leave puddles and drys with extra pass.

Works great! It's so easy to use and cuts my cleaning time in half. I have two dogs and it picks up dog hair very well.

I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to get this machine. It worked so well and made our floors look like new!
