The not having to sweep beforehand. The drying it up. It was just SO GOOD. I've never been so excited to clean my floors now ❤

This machine has saved my back and time from vacuuming, mopping, etc. All in one step I can do the entire house and it leaves everything clean, smelling amazing, and looking brand new. Can't recommend enough.

The water I dumped out was gross. When I was done my floor looked as good as the day it was installed. With 4 kids, 1 husband and several people in and out of my house daily the Cross Wave is the best thing I have invested money in for a long time! I am excited to get it out and use it!!! Thank you.

Love it, but it could be better with a few tweaks. This thing would be absolutely amazing if it had onboard tools for the sofa! Maneuverability is good, even though I find it a bit heavy. (I'm writing this review after having shoulder surgery 3 months ago though.) The only other negative is cleaning the dirt catching cup (bleh) and washing the roller after every use. It's not a deal breaker, but it is a little bit of a drag. Why can't it be self-cleaning, like the oven?!? :-)

It is so much easier using the CrossWave than 1st using the vacuum cleaner and then washing the floor. The CrossWave saves so much time and does a great job. Easy to use and very easy to take apart to clean out the components. We have also used it to spot clean carpets. Does a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased several Bissell products over the years. The Crosswave is the best so far. I have been waiting for a product like this for some time. I own a house with primarily hard floors. I was using Swiffers, then calculated what I'd spent on the pads over a year. It came out to more than the cost of a Crosswave. So, if you use the wet pad method, invest in a Crosswave, because it'll pay for itself in a year, then all subsequent floor cleaning is free, aside from the cleaning fluid, which you don't need a lot of if you're using hot water. It's amazing how much crud comes off the floor after only two days. And I know the floor was clean because the Crosswave only uses clean water. All the dirty water is sucked away. I highly recommend this product.
