This was a house warming gift to a dear friend. I have had my own Bissell CrosssWave for a couple of years and SIMPLY LOVE IT!!! My friends daughter has one and she had told her to get the CrossWave That's when I decided it was the BEST GIFT I could give her. No surprise SHE LOVE'S IT!!!!

With a push of a button I can use the CrossWave throughout a room. After one use I found my kitchen laminate floor to be cleaner, without streaks and residue. Maintenance of the CrossWave is simple and takes little time. I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the best invention they've ever made I use it every day on my floors and it's a miracle it saves me so much time cleaning and gets my floors clean I'd love this product and ask for maintenance on it is so simple to keep up with you just pretty much simply rinse it out and it's good to go and it's built well

Works great but needs a lot of care after you use the wet setting.you need to have multiple brushes and can't leave overnight if used the wet setting or it smells. I would prefer vacuum and separate mop. It's a heavy vacuum. You need to clean every section daily. It's tiring and leaves wet residue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Hoover FloorMate before purchasing the Bissell. My FloorMate lasted for about 4 years (including a repair) my apartment is around 600 sqft. So far I prefer the Bissell, the swivel head makes it easier to clean hard to reach places. The Bissell is sleeker and easier to control. The CrossWave requires slightly more maintenance, but I think it will be worth it in the long run.

I LOVE this machine. In order to really get my floor clean I had to get on my hands and knees using a 3 step process. Scrub with cleaner, rinse and then dry so as to not leave streaks. With my CrossWave I just have the one step cleaning and drying. NO STREAKS! Plus my knees and back are killing me. I would recommend this product to everyone and I actually already have. I'm VERY happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works very well. It's easy to put together and cleans well. Delivery was not as stated. I had to call the delivery company to find out that it was delayed a week and then delayed yet another day. It was discouraging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine it vacuums and mops my floor better than my broom and hand mop. It is amazing and much easier on my arthritic hands that had a hard time with a hand mop. I highly recommend it. Sorry I have no negative comments about it.
