[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my Crosswave about half a dozen times since I bought it. No matter how dirty or clean my floors were, they looked wonderful after I was finished. I have used this both with the cleaner/water mixture as well as dry and the only qualm I have is that I have to take it completely apart after each time to clean the junk so it doesn't get all gunked up. So it's a little time consuming, but all in all it's great for what it's supposed to do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now first off we do not have any rugs or carpet at all in our entire house. We did a lot of research and looking into similar products. This one always came out on top. With us not having rugs or carpet I have no idea how it does on those but I have to say we ABSOLUTELY love it for our hard floors! For the first time ever I don't feel like I'm using dirty water to clean my floors. We have 5 dogs yes 5 and one of them is a puppy. That's why we bought our Bissell. It has done absolutely wonderful! And after each use I just store it in the closet on the tray and it's there for the next use. It's so easy to clean and the scrubbing brush does a great job picking up pee, mud, dirt, you name it. The only problem I have had is in our mud room the dogs tracked in THICK layers of mud. My son did not Bissell it up right away so it dried. That took going over a few times to get it all cleaned. If it happens again I'll just mop the thick mud up and Bissell it afterwards. Other than that I love it! And Bissell.com has amazing deals on their cleaning solutions and brushes so it doesn't break the bank when I needed more cleaner. I also wanted to say that we had a rug cleaner at one point that was a Bissell. It stopped working after one year. I called Bissell they took great care of me and that is why I stand by Bissell and their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a bissell girl. I've strayed a time or two. But I always come back bissell deluxe steam mop and green machine. First thing,I noticed it had to be designe by a woman or a man tired of putting stuff together. The directions were simple and the machine was so easy to take apart to clean and put back together. I have put this crosswave through the paces. We have all tile, 15 cats, 9 litter boxes, 12 water dishes, and 3 cat feeders. Even with a housekeeper we couldn't keep up with the floors. Well, this machine has done it . The first thing my husband noticed on his bare feet,was the floor felt nice and the house smelled nice. But the cleaning solution didn't overwhelm the pets. I've let my housekeeper go. It's lightweight, easy to use, change out dirty parts, put in replacements,while the others dry and u are ready to go ahead for next time in under 5 minutes. No more mops, buckets, quick pick up paper towel messes everyday. It vacuums, washes dries. I still do major vacuumming once a week. But I can do 1200 square feet with my cross wave in 1/3 it used to take me with mop and bucket. Then it cleans itself. Again saving u from having to wash out the mop heads. U have done it so right. These is my forever friend. ,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My home has 3 types of flooring: hardwood, laminate wood flooring, and tile. This little Vac really cleaned my entire house in an hour, with no need to manually mop the floor afterwards. My hardwood floors are from the 1950's and have cracks between the planks. This vacuum really got the floor cleaned, even the cracks. I was amazed at the amount of debris in the dirty water tank, since we also have a new Rainbow vacuum that we use regularly. I would recommend this to anyone who is considering this type of product. The reviews can't really do it justice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased my Bissell CrossWave All-In-One Multi Wet Dry Vac. I have two small dogs and a 16 year old grandson that live with me. I've got plenty of messes! I installed a Laminate floor throughout the house but use 9x12 area rugs in the living and bedrooms. I was thrilled when I received the vac. I can clean my floors and with a push of a button I am up on the area rugs giving them a good clean. The floors and rugs dry rapidly and smell great. I bought the pet formula cleaner and use it for both floor types. Works well! Thank You Bissell!

This was a Christmas gift so I have only used once but so far as I can tell this machine is going to be a great addition to my life. Love that I only need one machine to vacuum and scrub the kitchen and bathroom floors. Would recommend to anyone who desires any easier solution to cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors.

I found it very easy to use. I suffer from back pain and it doesn't help that I have OCD and having clean floors is a must. I also have 2 dogs and a messy child and hubby. :) With a press of a button, you select hardwood or carpet. The solution release button is at the handle grip so it's super easy to release solution on first pass and suction on second pass. The cord didn't get under my skin as I thought it would, and considering I did my entire home, floors and area rugs, it took me just under an hour. I even did my Persian rugs and the amount of dirt it picked up was unbelievable. The version I got has the carpet roller and the multipurpose floor roller. I used both. All in all, it's worth every penny!

I'm not big on “gadgets” but this one was worth it. I always sweep, mop, and re sweep, but not anymore. This takes care of business nicely!! Gave 4 stars bc it needs a cleaning after EACH use!! Havnt had it long enough to truly give more opinion, but so far I'm very impressed!!

I have a huge kitchen/great room and this cuts my cleaning time in half! And the floor is so clean. I will highly recommend one to anyone looking to make cleaning floors faster and easier!
