[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works good on open spaces but does do good in corners. There are particles left u the corners and it doesn't maneuver good in tight spaces. Difficulty to use in bathrooms. But works great.

Even though I had mopped the Kitchen and Family Room floors the day before, I decided to try out the new Crosswave. It was amazing! You couldn't even see through the water it pulled up. I felt my floors were absolutely clean and would never trust a bucket and mop again! Wonderfull product. I am passing on this revelation to family and friends.

I just love the vacuum. First time a vacuum that does it all, mops and vacuums at the same time. You can mop your area rugs abd vacuum them. It's very easy to maneuver and suction is great too. I have two dogs they are heavy shedders a golden retriever and a German shepherd and it does an excellent job cleaning up those dirty paws and picking up all the hair off the floor. I highly recommend this vacuum!! Thank you Bissell !

It cleans beautifully on our wood floor, without leaving too much moisture and great for our LVT, Luxury Vinyl Tile. I plan to use it also on floor rugs to save from washing in a machine.

The cleaning of the machine is a little tedious, but for the work it does, it is a small price to pay. I even cleaned a small stain out of a rug! This is worth the investment in my opinion. With 2 Cats , one who is a Maine Coon, and Chewbacca for a husband, keeping hair and debris off my wood and tile floors is a full time gig! I'm glad I added the Bissell to my home care regimen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is amazing!!! I was looking for a vac and mop combo to clean up my kids' kitchen messes. The littlest one loves to splash milk everywhere. It is really hard to get milk and cereal off of the floor with only a wash rag. Many times the milk would leave a film on the floor and this would be after I wiped it up good. Wet cereal is also hard to clean up to. So I bought this vacuum (some assembly required; not hard) and it works amazingly!! I use it even between my deep house cleans. It is wonderful on area rugs and car mats (little to low pile; I haven't tried thicker area rugs). My area rug at the back door looks brand new when I use this vacuum on it. My expensive canister vacuum can't get it as clean as this machine! I used it on my car mats (along with their upholstery cleaner) and my car mats are cleaner than ever!! In both dirty canisters there was plenty of solid dirt in the bottom. One down fault is the dirty canister isn't big but it does have a stopper when it becomes full to let you know it needs emptied (you know, when you get lost in cleaning). Just empty and go again!! I looked at the shark version but the pads turned me off... I don't want to keep buying one time use pads. Also this machine is really easy to clean!!! It comes with a storage/self cleaning tray. You place water in the shallow part. Then set the vacuum in the tray and turn it on. This makes washing/rinsing the brush easier! Oh and I didn't mention it comes with 2 brushes!! Also the tray comes with an attachment where you can store/air dry the brushes too!! After cleaning the brush, dump both tanks out. Clean the dirty one really well and air dry all parts before assembling it. I also wipe off where the brush is located. A simple paper towel does the trick. Easy easy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love to give this vacuum 5 stars but unfortunately it doesn't have enough scrubby power I guess you could call it. It cleans up wet messes but anything that's remotely dry you have to go over a bunch of times. It doesn't get the deep clean I'd expect for the price. So thats pretty disapointting. Still deciding if if I'm going to keep it or not...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it once to clean wood kitchen floor and mud room. Needed to clean it out and rinse the filter after 5 minutes of cleaning. Spent more time cleaning the vacuum then i needed to clean the floor, otherwise the dirt would come out of the unit as i used it. It was not that dirty a floor to begin with. I would not buy again and would like to get a refund actually.

It's what I thought it would be. Not difficult to use and does a pretty good job. It clogged only a short time after I started cleaning, but I believe it was because the floor had a lot of fuzz. It wasn't difficult to find the clog and clean it. The cleaning solution holds enough to do a surprisingly large area. It has a lot of parts to clean and lay around until they dry, 4 stars for that reason. Overall, I'm glad I bought it.
