It doesn't leave streaks or a sticky residue on the floors. I've recommended this to everyone I know with pets.

We have all hardwood or tile in our house so having this is a lifesaver, especially for those rainy days. You do have to clean/rinse off parts of the cross wave after each use but it takes about 5 minutes. I recommend this to anyone who wants to save time and hates scrubbing their floors! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my CrossWave, this is my second one and I hope I can always buy one just like this. It is so much easier than scrubbing my floors as I have a large area to clean. Not hard on my back like scrubbing and the floor is so much cleaner.

I had to return the Crosswave. It was too heavy for me. I tried it twice, and I was exhausted afterward. I'm 65 years old. It does a great job cleaning for sure, but disassembling and cleaning all the parts took alot of time. I replaced it with the Bissell Symphony Vac and Steam Mop, and I like the steam mop better.

I love the crosswave. Saves time. No need to vacuum and then mop. Does it all in one. Doesn't get right next to wall but can live with that. Still need to try on my area rugs that was the whole reason to purchase to clean my area rugs. Im sure I will not be disappointed.

I was looking for vacuum cleaner that was not too heavy and that would save me the trouble of vacuuming and then mopping the floor as well as save me the expense of renting a carpet cleaner! I've also used it on my stairs which are carpeted. An upholstery option would be a great addition to the Crosswave!
