[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It said it had two water filters so no dirty water would go on the floor and it still spills dirty water on the the floor. I don't see myself using this. But to return the product the requirements where to have the original package it came in and I had already discarded it.

This is such a time saver, being able to vacuum and mop all the same time, from tile to carpet with a push of a button is so amazing. It dose take a little time when your all done to clean it, but I feel it's so worth it. My floors look so great when all done, and my carpet under my kitchen table with stands my grandboys now that I'm able to vacuum and mop it. I couldn't be more pleased with this cleaner.

I find this mop leaves a large streak in the centre of the roller. The liquid wets the roller from either side and I find the centre part of the roller does not get as wet. It's convenient to have a mop and vacuum in one. However, I find if you go from wood to tile there us usually wet lint left on the tile. Overall i find that it is overpriced for what you get.

I typically only sweep and mop my floors once a week and with this product I'm able to clean at least 3 times a week! It was worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say this is a great little floor cleaner. It is very easy to use and does a great job. I was shocked to see how much dirt was still on my floors. I thoight my floors were already clean, but the little Crosswave proved me wrong. Crosswave is a light machine which is very helpful if you have issues with heavy machines. I recommend this machine to anyone with hard surfaces. My only regret is that I did not purchase Crosswave sooner. Try it and you will see.

Our townhouse has all time and laminate flooring downstairs with several area rugs so the Crosswave was the perfect choice. I shopped all around and read all the reviews and Sam's had the best price hands down, plus we got the extra brush rolls and cleaning solutions making it an even better value! Have only used it a couple times but so far we're very pleased with its performance and results.

They also enjoy the occasional ice cream dripping all over my floor and smearing icing into my floors. I no longer have to wash the floors and hands and knees (because swiffers and mops weren't cutting it). I didn't even know this thing existed until my sister told me about and at that moment I forced my husband to buy it! (Yea, FORCED ). I would buy this thing again and again!

Amazing! Two jobs done at the same time! Vacuum and wash your floors at the same time. Doesn't get any better than this. Followed the advice on the asssembly card and watched a couple of videos which really helped. My advice is watch the videos first before you actually use the system to avoid making the mistake I made. Huge time saver and the cleaning solution works well and smells wonderful. I purchased a large bottle of cleaner at the same time and was glad I did. A small bottle comes in the box when you purchase but you will be inspired to do your floors and carpets more often so you will need more, so may as well buy it at the same time. It is used to clean our hardwood floor as a vacuum and deep wet clean that leaves the floor shiny like new, using the all purpose liquid cleaner. We have used it to deep clean our carpet, dry and wet. It has cut our hardwood and carpet cleaning work more than half compared to other cleaners/vacuum cleaners we used before. It is a great product and I'll recommend it to anyone who desires uncompromised cleaning results. We don't have any animal pets so we cannot attest to its cleaning on pet hair. Simple design, easy to clean, but big on vacuuming results.
