[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave has changed my life. The entire first floor of our house is laminate. I've tried many types of mops but they just pushed the dirt around. I tried a steam cleaner and it left terrible streaks and did not remove the dirt. Prior to getting the CrossWave, the only way to really clean the floor was to vacuum it and then scrub it on my hands and knees and it was a giant, painful job that didn't get done very often because it was torture. After using the CrossWave, my floors have never been so clean, streak-free, and shiny. I needed this machine decades ago but I am very, very happy I have it now. Thank you, Bissell!

It did a very nice job of cleaning our dining room rug and removing some spots left by a disgusting cat that liked to throw up his meals. It did 6the job and did it well. as a matter of fact we loaned it to a friend with 4 dogs. it worked so well for her she ordered a unit of her own before she even brought it back. So I guess this qualifies as a two headed review. We will be using the unit for years to come, Thank You Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work ok, and it's handy to have a vacuum and mop in one, but it's crazy loud and therefore unpleasant to use. Also very strange to have no OFF switch. The only way I have figured out how to turn it off, is to pull the plug. After use various piece parts have to be taken apart and washed, so you'll he handling the gunk to keep it from going down and blocking the drain. Then all the parts have to he left out to dry for 24 hrs. This might work for people who have a dedicated roomy laundry room with laundry sink, but for small apartments this is a minus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine cuts my weekly floor cleaning time. I have several animals in my house and keeping my floors clean is a chore. I am impressed with how clean this machine gets my floors without me having to vacuum before I mop. While it not marketed for carpets (only rugs), I use this on my carpets as well and they look and smell great.

I bought this for my mom and she really likes it. It's easy to use and clean and it swivels nicely. We both have a Hoover floor cleaner that we had loved for years, but it is clunky and hard to maneuver around corners. I'm definitely going to get this Bissell. The only down side is that it takes the roll brush a really really long time to dry .

So far really like how this machine cleans. My hardwood and LV floor looks great. It is fairly easy to clean. Just takes a little to make sure it is clean inside the tube between roller and bath waste tank. As long as you clean up right away it's easy. Wish more filters would come with unit. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] House has ALL hardwood floors or vinyl plank and one area rug. We also have 4 cats...aka shed monsters. I normally sweep and mop old school, and got this for quick pick ups between cleanings. I swept, mopped and went over it again with this and was amazed how much dirt my mop/broom missed! My mop is unemployed now! Oh yeah and the cat hair! Its easy to take apart and clean. I've had it for a month now, used it 5 times even on the area rug...no issues. Crossing fingers on longevity as some have complained about that. Going to recommend to family; she has 2 cats, all hardwood and a teenager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get this product. The vacuum was rated very highly by customers. I am very disappointed with the purchase. I used the Crosswave once and it was clogged. I removed unclogged the vaccuum, washed the brush and tried again. The suction is not particularly strong, and it leaves streaks of dirty water across the kitchen floor even if I start with a freshly cleaned vacuum and roller. The Shark Navigator and a steam mop are now my preferences for vacuuming and washing hardwood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give it 4 stars because how noisy it is. I almost need ear plugs while running it. It cleans great and easy to clean. I like it because it picks up the dirt instead of spreading it around on the grout.
