This suctions the pet hair and debri up at the same time that it is washing and cleaning my floors. I was so shocked to see the chocolate looking water in the dirty water container because I have been mopping my floor but this showed just how dirty the floors still were. I have dogs that track dirt in all day long. So it is nice knowing my floors will be a lot cleaner from now on.

I bought this a month ago after going back and forth for quite some time. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long. My floors have never been so clean! I am 9 months pregnant and have had terrible back pain so sweeping and mopping were almost impossible for me. I love the convenience of getting both done at the same time and no bending over!!! I am so happy with my purchase!

The CrossWave makes cleaning more enjoyable because I dont have to be breaking out a vacuum cleaner, then a mop and bucket. Filling the bucket and dragging it around the house. Changing the water every few minutes. The CrossWave save me time and energy. Absolutely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this after a recommendation from a friend. We recently moved and the went from mostly to carpet to all hardwood (I'm not a fan). I initially swept the floor then used a wet swiffer, which I felt just pushed the dirty pad around not really making things clean. With the Crosswave I at least don't have to clean the floor twice, it vacuums and cleans at the same time. However I do only use it once or twice a week and just sweep in between cleanings. Every time the water comes up brown, which to me is so gross as I think the floors should be a lot cleaner than that, but it wasn't well kept before we bought it. So I hoping after time and the continued use of the CrossWave the water will get less brown, but with two young kids, who knows. I do feel like it does a good job and it dries relatively quickly; a lot faster than it did using the swiffer pads. The only complaint I would have it when the container holding the dirty water got too close to the full it didn't really suck up the water/formula that well and left a really wet trail. Once I figured out why it was doing that and I emptied the container it seemed to work just fine again. I was a little disappointed as I bought the product from the Bissell website and I thought I get more a "deal" with an extra formula bottle or attachment, but that wasn't the case. Also, buy an additional formula bottle as the one that comes with it is tiny and only lasted me enough for 1 large area and 2 small area cleanings.

Let me start by saying I've barely ever left a review. I am so pleased with my Bissell cross wave I felt obligated to share my experience. We recently installed laminate flooring Coretech PLV. Looks amazing except that it traps dirt like a sponge. No exaggeration I was mopping at least 2 to 3 times per week using various detergents and mops. Still after one day of mopping my five-year-old and two-year-old running around would end up with extremely dirty feet. It was to a point we thought of putting down area rugs everywhere and covering up the floor. I took a chance and read the reviews and ordered the Bissell cross wave. I was hesitant to spend the money thinking this would end up not doing any better of a job than the traditional mop. To my disbelief the Bissell worked phenomenally. Cleaned effortlessly and got all the grime and dirt out of the little ridges on the surface of the laminate flooring. First time I used the machine it barely used any cleaning solution and the dirty water tank barely filled up so I was hesitant to think it did a good job cleaning. But all the proof is in my children's white socks still clean and white after hours of running around on the floor.

I just purchased another Crosswave for the office since the first one has been so reliable. What an easy and reliable product!

With a house that has hard surfaces it's nearly impossible to keep up with the pet hair and messes. I just replaced the one I got in 2015. Makes me life so much easier. I will always have this and my carpet cleaner on hand. Must haves for every pet owner or volunteer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased my Bissell CrossWave All-In-One Multi Wet Dry Vac. I have two small dogs and a 16 year old grandson that live with me. I've got plenty of messes! I installed a Laminate floor throughout the house but use 9x12 area rugs in the living and bedrooms. I was thrilled when I received the vac. I can clean my floors and with a push of a button I am up on the area rugs giving them a good clean. The floors and rugs dry rapidly and smell great. I bought the pet formula cleaner and use it for both floor types. Works well! Thank You Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it as a mop on the kitchen linoleum-tile floor. It does a better job mopping than I ever did, and it takes about 15 minutes less time. I vacuum and mop all at once. It picks up so much dirt each time I use it. My kitchen floor is much cleaner now.
