Light weight and easy to use. Only disappointment is would like more vacuum of moisture from carpet. It does clean carpet well, but will dry over night in most areas

I really love this product. It cleaned the hardwood floors faster than my steam mop. It cleaned my stains on carpet not leaving the carpets soaked, just a little wet. Carpets dried quickly!❤️❤️

I clean my wooden floors and tile floors. I haven't tried the carpet..that's next. What I don't like about it, it doesn't empty itself. LOL BUT! Easy access to empty. I am not complaining.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does not have enough power to suck up the dirty cleaner out of a short pile rug. It discharges the cleaner and there it stays in the rug. It does work ok except fire pine needles.

The Bissell Crosssave went above and beyond my expectations. It picks up dirt you cant see. I was shocked when I emptied the container that holds the dirty water. Would buy this all over again if something happens to it.

Used recently for the first time. Very pleased with the results. I have very small bathrooms so it was a little hard to maneuver in tight spaces but cleaned very well. Simple to operate.

just got this and tried it. Had a Hover Floormate before. This is much lighter and easier to clean. Doesn't completely dry the floor but leaves it great looking

Okay so we have 2 German shepherds and all hardwood floor and tile. This awesome thing picks up all the dirt and grime that the dogs drag in. We aren't walking in dirt anymore. I use it daily and it works amazing! Def worth every penny!
