I used the Cross-wave for the first time.... i have hardwood, tile, and area rugs. This machine worked great on all the surfaces. The machine clean-up was a btreeze.

To clean rugs,porcelain tile,grout and wood floors Good clean of grout but be prepared to change water and check machine for clogging from dog hair if floors not cleaned in years as thoroughly as this product does!

I have a dog that has accidents in the house. My Bissell is so easy to get out and clean up the mess completely. I love how light it is yet it is powerful.

I use it almost everyday. I waited a long time to be able to get the crossbar. It cleans my floors and picked up all the little things at the same time. I have a little dog that makes a mess and the crosswave makes my life so much easier.

Ordered it the minute i saw it on TV. But using it proved it was great! Cleaned up muddy boot prints today, so fast, so easy and does a great job. I love, love,love it!

Not sure why there are any stars more than 1 but this vaccum does not pick up anything and leaves streaks all over floor. Vaccum doesn't pick up the water when mopping either. Very dissatisfied with product

This runs great but the area rug in my kitchen is too dense?? It just does not want to go on this rug very well. Called and they said, it is just not compatible with that rug.

This is the best thing I ever bought to clean my floors. I have tile, wood and area rugs and having one product that cleans them all is the greatest. I thought my floors were clean but could not get over what came off them when I used this
