Clogs often I have four birds one with an attitude and throws her food the seed is hard to pick up with out clogging. Main reason other than that it works good

I love my Crosswave so much!!!! I thought my floors were clean but boy was I wrong. It fast, easy to use and lightweight can't believe it does everything in one. Wouldn't change a thing thanks Bissell you out done yourselves.

Use it almost every day to clean up after the dogs. Only problem, it seemed to lose suction. Seems the gasket at top of filter/dirty water canister wasn't making seal. Little electric tape seemed to seal canister

This wonderful machine saves a step in cleaning/vacuuming your floors! I love that you can use the Bissell products, or use water and your own desired cleaner. I use a anti-bacterial/germicidal product when using this in my kennel.

I am very pleased with my new machine. My floors look wonderful and it works like a dream. Once I put it together and started using it, I started looking for more places to clean!! It's wonderful and worth every dollar.

Followed diections, this product stripped my floors and left white spots on my floor, had to buy a restore product, to bring it back the floor the way it was, before i used this product. Have returned.

We just installed luxury vinyl flooring and this machine works wonders on the floor and rugs. It's so awesome to be able to vaccum and wash the floors with one machine. The Crosswave is very easy to use and we are very happy with it.

This is a great item. Now I no longer have to sweep and then mop, which in south Florida can take forever to dry. This allows me to sweep mop and dry in no time, and with a dog and cats, saves me time.

This makes cleaning the floors a breeze!!! This product is amazing! Worth every penny. Wish I would've bought it sooner! I'm done with sweeping, moping, swifter. This is one and done!!!!
