This vacuum is a delight to use!! I have a LOT of laminate floors in my house. Cleaning them was always a chore. With the Crosswave, I think I'll use it every week!! It's easy on my back and easy to use!!! Thank you for a great product!!!

I use this machine on ceramic, hardwood and my area rugs. Takes out pet stains in a sinch. Saves me so much time and leaves me with clean floors. I have 3 giant size dogs that shed and it picks up all the hair. I'm very impressed.

I love the CrossWave for mopping and vacuuming my wood floors all at the same time. It leaves about a 2-inch gap where it can't get all the way to the baseboards. A product that solves that problem will rule the market!

I love it!!! I have all plank floors in my house and it worked very well, and is so easy to use! Have one small room with ceramic tile and it even did well on it. Sure beats having to sweep, vacuum and then mop! Everything I hoped it would be!

We spend way more time cleaning the vacuum itself than actually cleaning with it. You have to scrub and dry every single piece constantly or it smells terrible. So inconvenient, I would not recommend.

I really like this machine. Had another type and replaced it, this one works much better and is easier to push. I used it on area rugs and it really makes a difference. Can't believe the water, because I clean often.

We have 3 dogs and a cat so our floor can always use attention. It cleans our hardwood floors so well. It cleans and dries super fast so the liquid isn't just sitting on the hardwood.

I just love this machine, I can clean floors,rugs all at the same time with just one lil switch of a button,im amazed how much dirt it picks up.this is the best thing I ever bought! thank you bissel!
