This beast is one of the BEST purchases I've made in years. I can go on about the convenience level of having this slim, easily cleaned, dual-purpose, heavy-suction machine, but it'd waste your time. Just BUY IT! You won't regret it.

We have 2 dogs and 3 kids and the Crosswave is a time saver and a life saver! I only wish that I could have found it in the blue color. The green is ok but I would have preferred blue.

The brush doesn't makes enough contact with the floor to clean up anything that is dried into my floors. To clean out the vacuum after using it, cleaning canister, filter, brush, and all the housing parts in between doesn't make it worth using it.

I love my Crosswave so much!!!! I thought my floors were clean but boy was I wrong. It fast, easy to use and lightweight can't believe it does everything in one. Wouldn't change a thing thanks Bissell you out done yourselves.

We use this in our entry area, hall bath and kitchen. Dark wood floor that show everything. Helps keep them clean. Help when little one drop goldfish and water on floor. Didn't have to get on hands and knees to clean it.

Received the Crosswave about 2 weeks ago. Super easy to get started using. Very pleased with the way the machine works. It is exactly what I have been looking for. Vacuum is extremely strong and the ability to mop at the same time is awesome!.

We have a big floor to clean. With a dog and grandkids there is always something to clean up. It seems to be doing a good job. Now we just have to wait an see how long it lasts.
