Leaves streaks and marks on my laminate! OK for my tile. I have to vacuum before I use on my rugs, then I clean with cleaning solution. Not very helpful. I'm sorry.

Much easier and much cleaner than with a mop. Dries very quickly. Very smooth operation. I have been dealing with some back problems and needed to make adjustments in the cleaning methods I use. This cleaner fits the bill perfectly.

I love it!!!! So easy for me to use. When the Crosswave first came on the market i wanted one. I finally purchased it, and use it once a week on all my tile floors. So much better than a mop and bucket! Thank you Bissell.

too much noise. very loud. shuts off and will not come back on until you unplug and empty dirty water when it is not filled. not to happen with this product. do not use on throw rugs,does not work.

I use this machine on ceramic, hardwood and my area rugs. Takes out pet stains in a sinch. Saves me so much time and leaves me with clean floors. I have 3 giant size dogs that shed and it picks up all the hair. I'm very impressed.

Great machine easy and light weight. Gets deep down and had great suction. Easy to put away also. I'm used to heavier ones and this one is a breeze. Thanks for making a machine that works for me and my household's needs.

Very happy with this product. Love that there is no need to vacuum area prior to washing. Very easy to use. Efficient and dries quickly. Highly recommend especially for those with back and knee issues. Lightweight and cuts down on standing time.

The Crosswave is lightweight and easy to handle. I use it weekly on all the floors in my house. I also use the Bissell multisurface floor cleaner. It does an excellent job getting up all the dirt and leaves no streaks, it requires no rinsing.

This is simply the best floor cleaning solution I've found. Super easy to use and even easier to clean. I can't believe how beautiful out floors look and we cleaned them in half the time it usually takes!! The Crosswave is a must have!!!

I love this multi surface cleaner. Easy to use and does a great job. The only thing is that I have shoulder pain and it makes it difficult to use at times, but that is me. Not the machine.
