I use it almost everyday. I waited a long time to be able to get the crossbar. It cleans my floors and picked up all the little things at the same time. I have a little dog that makes a mess and the crosswave makes my life so much easier.

The liquid is pricy, I've tried using another liquid and it's suds up. Their liquid is the best one for this It's not perfect but it does a really good job I'm not the vacuum and mop type but I use this daily cause it's so easy

I live on a farm and my house has tile floors...the Bissell Crosswave is a life saver! Best purchase I have ever made!! So easy to keep my house clean now!

Ordered it the minute i saw it on TV. But using it proved it was great! Cleaned up muddy boot prints today, so fast, so easy and does a great job. I love, love,love it!

This vacuum saves loads of time. It has great suction as well a deep mopping power, so it cleans very well. I love this vacuum. It's worth every penny.

Worked great for 15 minutes then the led flashed and the machine shut down. Followed troubleshooting procedure and changes outlets all to no avail. I would look at some other product.

How did I ever live without vacuum/mop. Cut my floor cleaning time in half. I wish I would had owned this when my kids were small. Run and get one you will not regret it.

I've only had this a couple weeks at first it worked great. Now the water won't come out when pushing the trigger. I have done everything to fix it that the videos show. Still does not work
