Great hardwood floor cleaning. It makes them shine shine shine. Very useful on any hardwood or tiled or laminated flooring, also cleans area rugs very well. It takes a little time to cover a large area but very well worth it........

Five stars! It worked so nicely on our hallway tiles and our hardwood floors in the kitchen! The color was beautiful and it was lightweight which made cleaning easy!

The cleaner picks up a lot of the dirt effortlessly. I did find that the brush stopped when the dirty water reservoir collected debris. Hopefully it will not happen again.

Like it so far. It did a great job on the hardwood floors. Just a little difficuld to clean the unit after usng it. Hard to find cleanung solutions.Jus

I've only had this a couple weeks at first it worked great. Now the water won't come out when pushing the trigger. I have done everything to fix it that the videos show. Still does not work

I love this cleaner for my stained concrete floors! They are stained dark brown and I had a hard time getting all the dust and dirt up. This machine does it all!

The Crosswave is lightweight and easy to handle. I use it weekly on all the floors in my house. I also use the Bissell multisurface floor cleaner. It does an excellent job getting up all the dirt and leaves no streaks, it requires no rinsing.

This is the most useful easy-to-use appliances I have ever owned. It does a very good job on my rugs, & is even better on my hard floors, both wooden & tile. I have been spoiled by its usefulness & ease of use.
