Its nice that it mops and vacuums the floors in one but it' heavy, awkward and the time it takes to take apart and clean the peices...not worth it. It's a nightmare to use on stairs and forget about getting in behind toilets or sinks.

I love this multi surface cleaner. Easy to use and does a great job. The only thing is that I have shoulder pain and it makes it difficult to use at times, but that is me. Not the machine.

Worked great when I first got it but now it blows anything in front of it away instead of sucking it up. SO FRUSTRATING. Would not recommend this vacuum.

Whole house is tile. After using Cross Wave, there are streaks all over the house. Each time I use it I use less shampoo hoping that will help, but it doesn't. Doesn't even look like I cleaned it.

The brush doesn't makes enough contact with the floor to clean up anything that is dried into my floors. To clean out the vacuum after using it, cleaning canister, filter, brush, and all the housing parts in between doesn't make it worth using it.

This is simply the best floor cleaning solution I've found. Super easy to use and even easier to clean. I can't believe how beautiful out floors look and we cleaned them in half the time it usually takes!! The Crosswave is a must have!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this vacuum! We have three labs that she'd and love to chew things up, this picked up everything and mopped up the muddy footprints! If that's not enough for you.....it cleans itself!! What more can you ask for

This is absolutely hands down the best thing since the invention of coke!! Cleans floors so good, picks up pine straw, hay, paper, you name it, it's gone! Love , love, love!!! Could not be happier!!
