I really wanted to upgrade to pet pro because I have pets. They would not let me. I wish I would have known before I purchased the regular. I do like it but it is very difficult to remove pet hair

Love how fast the dry time is compared to old fashioned mopping. Gets more dirt up than my shop vac for hardwood floors! I pre vacuum first and was just amazed at how much this cleaned my floors! In love with my new crosswave!

This product left my hardwood and tile flooring looking worse than before I used it. It just smeared the dirt and now wet dirt all over. Streaks everywhere, floor still dirty. I am not one to complain but this is really disappointing.

I Love my CrossWave, it is light weight to use, has a pivoting head which also makes it easier to use and really cleans my floors well. I have not used it on carpet yet but it works terrific on tile and vinyl floors.

It works great. I love it. There are a few places I can't use it - like between my toilet and tub because it won't fit, but for everywhere else it is really easy and fast. I want to get one for my adult daughter now. Works great for pet hair, too.

I used this for hardwood and area rug cleaning. It has very little suction. It would not pick up dirt It would just push it around like a broom. Very disappointed

OMG I love it. Perfect timing as we have a baby who is crawling and doing baby led weaning. Floors get cleaned daily and I love that I am sweeping and mopping at the same time!

my wife is so happy with her new crosswave....she now thinks I walk on water.....she says it's very easy to use and she loves it....she would recommend it for anyone....thanks bissell

As a mom of 2 very active kids and 3 dogs, my floors get dirty quickly. I bought this floor cleaner to help me get through the "between" times when my house keeper comes to clean. It is very convenient, however not as powerful as a regular mop.

Much easier and much cleaner than with a mop. Dries very quickly. Very smooth operation. I have been dealing with some back problems and needed to make adjustments in the cleaning methods I use. This cleaner fits the bill perfectly.
