I got my cross wave about a month ago use it about twice a week since I have 3 dogs and two parrots. The cross wave cleans the floors much better than a Hoover machine that I had before much easier too use and lighter weight.

Love the bissle crosswave the only thing that wld make it better is attachments i like to vaccume trim n tight areas as im cleaning and the crosswave has not hoses or attachments it wld be 100% if it had them

Just ordered and received (in 3 days!) my new CrossWave. I love - love - love it! I have hardwood and vinyl flooring in my home and the CrossWave works fabulously. Extremely easy to use and operate. Would very highly recommend.

Works well on hardwood and granite floors. Only thing is make sure you empty dirty water tank periodically while using, it fills up quicker than expected

I love this machine! I feel it really gets my floors clean and also my area rugs. Cleaning the machine when finished is a pain, but that's ok, it's not on my floors

I would definitly buy again excellent product.Love it use it everyday so much easier than sweeping then mopping.I have 6 cats and a dog the hair is no problem for this machine

I bought it today at store point and I like this crosswave vacuum, I use less time to clean my floors, it is quite noisy as any regular vacuum...but who cares about the noise

Tile floor cleaned to my satisfaction. Dirtier areas were not cleaned and I had to revert to manual cleaning. Can become expensive using the cleaning liquids.

We have a big floor to clean. With a dog and grandkids there is always something to clean up. It seems to be doing a good job. Now we just have to wait an see how long it lasts.
