[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has a very short life. What I mean by that is that after 4 uses the vacuum is already leaking dirty water that it picks up.

Works much better than the Hoover Floor Mate it replaced. Lighter in weight, easy to handle. Uses much less cleaner than the Floor Mate and the floors look cleaner and by how dirty the water is, are cleaner. I would buy it again.

One step is so much easier, before I used a canister vacuum and mop. The vacuum would hit my ankles while sweeping, was heavy and hard to maneuver. The CrossWave is much lighter. It is noisy, but I would not give it up.

We spend way more time cleaning the vacuum itself than actually cleaning with it. You have to scrub and dry every single piece constantly or it smells terrible. So inconvenient, I would not recommend.

I just love this machine, I can clean floors,rugs all at the same time with just one lil switch of a button,im amazed how much dirt it picks up.this is the best thing I ever bought! thank you bissel!

I have natural stone and hardwood floors. This product was excellent in getting the deeply embedded dirt. I have used many products from dyson to oreck and I really have to say it works great. Picks up the mess as it cleans is invaluable

Have used this 2x now. Very happy with the product and how it performs. Love that it sucks up the water, leaving the floor dry! Also great, as it vacumes and cleans at the same time. If the product lasts, it was well worth the money!

The brush doesn't makes enough contact with the floor to clean up anything that is dried into my floors. To clean out the vacuum after using it, cleaning canister, filter, brush, and all the housing parts in between doesn't make it worth using it.

I like that it is light weight, easy to disassemble and assemble. Parts are easy to clean. My rugs, tile, and hardwood floors have never looked this good -- except when new!! I would recommend this product to everyone.

I love this cleaner for my stained concrete floors! They are stained dark brown and I had a hard time getting all the dust and dirt up. This machine does it all!
