The liquid is pricy, I've tried using another liquid and it's suds up. Their liquid is the best one for this It's not perfect but it does a really good job I'm not the vacuum and mop type but I use this daily cause it's so easy

Just used it for the first time today...rugs came out nice, but didnt take out all spots on tiles....the verdict is still out on this one. Ive always used the Bissel steam cleaner..

Love that this cleans all my floors in one swoop. You don't have to sweep, mop, and hope you got everything while sweeping first. Cleanup is fairly easy and not too time consuming.

Hardwood floors,marble tile, area rugs & no wax floors. Only 868 sq. foot. Too long of recharge time & short run time. bissell model 2596 crosswave. 25min -30min of run time, tried several different operators. Small home yes !!!!! Tks.

I love this. I do two jobs in one. I have a decent size house and I can do the whole house with one fill. It works great. I have a bad back so I get done faster with less pain.

I absolutely love this product and if I thought my floors were clean "before Crosswave", let me tell you they were not!!! Now they are so clean and I'm so very pleased. Best purchase I've made in a long while

. Leaves more dirt than it picks up. If you don't take it all the way apart every use and clean The next time you use it it stinks! It puddles water. If I could give it a zero I definitely would. Save your money.

I wish I had known about this vaccuum sooner! Even after a good cleaning, a friend let me borrow her crosswave, and I was shocked at what was in the dirty tank!! Ew! Can't stop using this vaccuum!
