Love this CrossWave. It is amazing with cleaning floors. For someone who has a hard time time cleaning floors due to two back surgeries, I'm so glad I found this machine. The cleaning solutions also have great scents.

This beast is one of the BEST purchases I've made in years. I can go on about the convenience level of having this slim, easily cleaned, dual-purpose, heavy-suction machine, but it'd waste your time. Just BUY IT! You won't regret it.

I have herniated disks in my spine and I also love clean floors.....To have to sweep/vacuum before cleaning stresses my spine.....Being able to do both in one pass is amazing. I am so in love with this product.

I have hardwood floors throughout most of my house. It takes forever to sweep/vacuum then mop. The Crosswave cuts my cleaning time literally in 1/2! As soon as I saw it advertised I had to try it. Best purchase for floor cleaning I've made yet!

Its nice that it mops and vacuums the floors in one but it' heavy, awkward and the time it takes to take apart and clean the peices...not worth it. It's a nightmare to use on stairs and forget about getting in behind toilets or sinks.

Worked great when I first got it but now it blows anything in front of it away instead of sucking it up. SO FRUSTRATING. Would not recommend this vacuum.

does a great job, I have hand scraped laminate floors and it doesn't work well going across the floor must go the direction of the boards. Also film was noted

Whole house is tile. After using Cross Wave, there are streaks all over the house. Each time I use it I use less shampoo hoping that will help, but it doesn't. Doesn't even look like I cleaned it.

I have a degenerating spine and cleaning my floors can be problematic. The Bissell CrossWave makes the job doable if not easy. Love this machine!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this vacuum! We have three labs that she'd and love to chew things up, this picked up everything and mopped up the muddy footprints! If that's not enough for you.....it cleans itself!! What more can you ask for
