My husband bought me this Bissell Crosswave & I absolutely Love it! So lightweight & glides easy. I have hardwood floors throughout my house & it cleans beautifully..

This product left my hardwood and tile flooring looking worse than before I used it. It just smeared the dirt and now wet dirt all over. Streaks everywhere, floor still dirty. I am not one to complain but this is really disappointing.

It does not clean well. Wanted it for the rug use. Made the rug worse than when we started. Very expensive for something that sits in the closet. Wish I could return it. #sweepstakes

This product is wonderful! There's no strain on bending and it's jaw-dropping at how much better it cleans. I love a clean house. I catch my husband even using it. It's great! Thank you Bissell.

I have two large breed dogs who love to play outside and then bring everything in with them. I use this everyday. It so easy to use. I can take it out for quick spot cleaning or to deep clean.

I do not think it is worth the money I received it for Christmas it is very nasty to clean and if you don't go with the grain on hardwood floors it leaves streaks.

Just bought this after Christmas... moved to home wth all hardwood and ceramic floors. I would always "swiffer" thinking my floors were clean......WRONG! This machine actually cleaned the floors! So happy it works like it says

Easy to use and easy to clean after. Took 1/2 the time it usually took me to vacuum, light mop, deep clean and then steam afterwards. Water was dirty and I was shocked as I am OCD with my floors. Love this product!!

I am very pleased with my new machine. My floors look wonderful and it works like a dream. Once I put it together and started using it, I started looking for more places to clean!! It's wonderful and worth every dollar.
