I have herniated disks in my spine and I also love clean floors.....To have to sweep/vacuum before cleaning stresses my spine.....Being able to do both in one pass is amazing. I am so in love with this product.

The only thing I don't like about this product it does not get close enough to the base boards I have to use a mop to get close to the walls it leaves a one inch strip along walls

Just bought this after Christmas... moved to home wth all hardwood and ceramic floors. I would always "swiffer" thinking my floors were clean......WRONG! This machine actually cleaned the floors! So happy it works like it says

Never had one of these before and was super intrigued by the concept. I am absolutely blown away by how amazing it is and how well it cleans with extreme ease!!

Finally a vacuum and a mop in one tool. Working great and cleans wet paw prints well. Next improvements should be edge to cover all the way to the wall. It stops one inch from baseboards.

I vacuum with my dyson first for dog hair but this also picks up so much dog hair after I vacuum, best thing I ever got!! And I am training a puppy so it is used a lot!!

I got this and love, love, love it. It cleans wonderfully and I am always amazed at the container that holds the discarded water as it is "so dirty"! I know how well it cleans my floors. Am buying one for my daughter's for a gift.

The best my floors have been cleaned. I live on a small farm and track lots of dirt. I use twice a week. Thank you Bissell ❤️ Also used on area rug that was always vacuum I used the Bissell and it cleaned it like new.

The items works pretty well but I'd first be interested in seeing it clean stubborn areas. Additionally, I would have appreciated receiving all three bottles of cleaning the solution that the instructions said were included. I only received one.

I have Tile Floors in my house and it does what it says the water is pitched Black it removed more dirty water than our traditional mop and bucket I would buy it again and again and give one to my mom and sister and Grandmother.
