Very satisfied with my purchase! Bought this a few weeks ago after seeing this on Tik Tok. Super excited that it came with all of the extra brushes and cleanser! Would totally recommend to a friend.

This product saves me so much time. It mops and vaccums at the same time saving me that extra step. As a mom of three small kiddies this is huge for me!

Works great and cleans well. Happy with this purchase. The only thing I wish, is that it would have one side that would go under the edge of cabinet or next to trim. It is still worth the ease and control.

I have four dogs, two of whom are still puppies. I also have tile floors, and live in Florida, where the outside is very sandy. I I hate to mop. I am so pleased With this product I hope the person who developed this got a huge raise!

Some parts are really not durable. The filter doesn't hold up very long with cleaning per instructions and our clean water tank cap broke with 1-2x per week use within a month.

I have large areas of both tile and laminate. I can't begin to tell you how the cross wave has changed the time and effort needed to keep these areas clean. Love, love this machine.

I do not think it is worth the money I received it for Christmas it is very nasty to clean and if you don't go with the grain on hardwood floors it leaves streaks.
