[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing. I don't usually do reviews. But this one I had to do. I thought my house was clean until I used this. I couldn't believe what it took up! Photos included, Yuck!

I love it!!!! So easy for me to use. When the Crosswave first came on the market i wanted one. I finally purchased it, and use it once a week on all my tile floors. So much better than a mop and bucket! Thank you Bissell.

Nice for light cleaning. Would like the roller brush to have more rolls of brushes for better cleaning. Would be nice for the machine to be wider and sides clean closer to walls. It is light and easy to move.

We use this in our entry area, hall bath and kitchen. Dark wood floor that show everything. Helps keep them clean. Help when little one drop goldfish and water on floor. Didn't have to get on hands and knees to clean it.

Well, this lasted about a year and a few months before a tube inside of it broke, and we had to give our vacuum surgery. I'm not sure we can repair it. It's a lot of money for it to internally break. Minus that if cleaned pretty okay

Love this CrossWave. It is amazing with cleaning floors. For someone who has a hard time time cleaning floors due to two back surgeries, I'm so glad I found this machine. The cleaning solutions also have great scents.

I wish I had bought this sooner. Saves a lot of backbreaking work and cleans very well. We have Bamboo and tile in our home, I can go from one to the other without having to change out anything. Wish I had had this years ago.

I have 5 pugs and sometimes one had an axadent and I'm always tracking in dirt from my farm this thing is awesome to clean up the house flooring well worth the money

. Leaves more dirt than it picks up. If you don't take it all the way apart every use and clean The next time you use it it stinks! It puddles water. If I could give it a zero I definitely would. Save your money.

I absolutely love this product and if I thought my floors were clean "before Crosswave", let me tell you they were not!!! Now they are so clean and I'm so very pleased. Best purchase I've made in a long while
