[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has worked very well for me. I hate vacuuming and moping and my Crosswave has made my life so much easier. It does a great job!! I highly recommend this to everyone!

After looking for years for something to effectively clean the hardwood and tile floors (and not just push dirt around), we found something that actually works. And with 3 Huskies, it's needed!!

The Bissell CrossWave is amazing! Does a better job than anything we've used before! Our tile floor's and grout haven't looked this good in years! The CrossWave does a beautiful job!!

This vacuum was a huge disappointment. It hardly works at all. I just bought it brand new and all it does is push around the dirt and dog hair. I assembled it correctly so I know that's not the issue. Don't waste your money.

Used it twice now, great job, love the fact that it's vacuums and mops at the same time, no more sweeping with a broom, and then going over the floor again with a mop. Would buy again if needed, love the time saving.

We pulled up 90% of the carpet in our home and put down laminate flooring. It took so much work to clean because we had to go over it after mopping to buff and shine it. The Crosswave has been a God send. Floors come out amazing! Thanks!

How did I ever live without vacuum/mop. Cut my floor cleaning time in half. I wish I would had owned this when my kids were small. Run and get one you will not regret it.

It works great, haven't had a problem yet! Easy to use light when pushing it to clean! Goes in smaller areas, where a sweeper does not! All cleaning done at a shorter period of time! Love it!

Put fluid in container and after inserting in machine it all ran out without being activated. First time using machine so machine is faulty. Wasted all that money as can't return it without a box.

Love the product, but make sure that you click it in to lock in upright position, otherwise it will fall over, did it 3 times, on first use of the machine. Fell over 3 times.
