Although it doesn't do corners well, it does the hard work of scrubbing the floor. It's a lifesaver! Suggest manufacturer work on a way to do corners and creases betwee floor and wall.

I have been researching this machine for several weeks.. Finally bought one and I am so glad I did! I could not believe the dirt, hair, crumbs etc it picked up!! Best $250.00 I have spent in a while!

This shortens my cleaning routine a lot. I am vacuuming and moping at the same time...who doesn't love that! It's not too terrific for a quick cleanup of a mess because then you spend too much time cleaning the machine before putting it away again.

I use the product for cleaning the floors and then washing the floors and carpets. It had great cleaning g power on my tile floors. I use it every week. I just wish it had attachments to get into corners and furniture.

I have 4 dogs and this machine keeps up with them and more. Vacuums up hair, cleans up accidents and washes the floor all at once. I've waited for something like this for years and Bissell has delivered big time. I highly recommend.

the best thing since sliced bread. I have 4 dogs and a husband who walks tons of grass clippings in. The item is easy to use, does a great job cleaning and I don't have to vacuum before I mop.

I just received my Crosswave on Saturday. I love it. It is easy to use and does what it says it will. I love that I can clean and wash my floors in one step. It makes for a fast and easy job. My floors are clean. Well worth the money.

The best for my floors. I have the Shark and Bissell steam cleaners that uses the pads. Do not clean as well as this one and have to vacuum the floor first.
