My husband bought me this Bissell Crosswave & I absolutely Love it! So lightweight & glides easy. I have hardwood floors throughout my house & it cleans beautifully..

Some parts are really not durable. The filter doesn't hold up very long with cleaning per instructions and our clean water tank cap broke with 1-2x per week use within a month.

This vacuum was a huge disappointment. It hardly works at all. I just bought it brand new and all it does is push around the dirt and dog hair. I assembled it correctly so I know that's not the issue. Don't waste your money.

i bought the Crosswave bc I have cats and dogs, and I wanted something to use on a daily basis, I don't feel like that my crosswave picks up all the hair in shot-

I have large areas of both tile and laminate. I can't begin to tell you how the cross wave has changed the time and effort needed to keep these areas clean. Love, love this machine.

Very nice product. I felt that it was a little pricey when I purchased it to replace a Dirt Devil steamer but it is far superior to that product and turned out to be a good value

I have a basement full of hard floor cleaners that suck...pardon the pun. This is the first one that actually cleans hardwood and tile very well. Great job to your engineering team from one engineer to another.

We previously owned the pet symphony and loved it. Thought we would upgrade and buy the crosswave what a mistake. Does not clean our tile at all leaves it looking dirty.
