Some parts are really not durable. The filter doesn't hold up very long with cleaning per instructions and our clean water tank cap broke with 1-2x per week use within a month.

Works much better than the Hoover Floor Mate it replaced. Lighter in weight, easy to handle. Uses much less cleaner than the Floor Mate and the floors look cleaner and by how dirty the water is, are cleaner. I would buy it again.

I do not think it is worth the money I received it for Christmas it is very nasty to clean and if you don't go with the grain on hardwood floors it leaves streaks.

I Love my CrossWave, it is light weight to use, has a pivoting head which also makes it easier to use and really cleans my floors well. I have not used it on carpet yet but it works terrific on tile and vinyl floors.

My problem with product, will not turn off. I must unplug from electric in order to shut off. Cleans great but is a hassle to shut off. What can I do about this Problem.

This is the best machine. It has cut the floor cleaning time in half. I always hate to clean my tile floors. The cleaning roller gets into the grout too. It is worth the price to have clean floors with little effort.

I bought it today at store point and I like this crosswave vacuum, I use less time to clean my floors, it is quite noisy as any regular vacuum...but who cares about the noise

Clogs often I have four birds one with an attitude and throws her food the seed is hard to pick up with out clogging. Main reason other than that it works good

Very pleased with the Crosswave. It did a wonderful job on my hard wood floors. I would have given five stars except it wouldn't clean along the edges. That being said I am very pleased over all.

I love my bissell crosswave it cuts my cleaning in half and i am a clean freak so my crosswave cleans the way i like it to be...clean clean clean..... what a great idea ....thank you bissell
