We previously owned the pet symphony and loved it. Thought we would upgrade and buy the crosswave what a mistake. Does not clean our tile at all leaves it looking dirty.

I used the Cross-wave for the first time.... i have hardwood, tile, and area rugs. This machine worked great on all the surfaces. The machine clean-up was a btreeze.

This cleans even better then expected. I had mopped my tiled kitchen floor and thought I had did a good job but when I followed up with my new BIssell I was shocked at how dirty the water was. I am very pleased with this product.

I'm completely impressed! This thing works great. I can't believe how much filth it keeps finding. Would be perfect if there were a handheld attachment of some sort for corners and maybe furniture. This is the best of its kind so far!

We use this product on wood, laminate, area rugs and tile. Cleans much better than the other cleaner did. Cost more than the other ones did, but worth the money so far.

i bought the Crosswave bc I have cats and dogs, and I wanted something to use on a daily basis, I don't feel like that my crosswave picks up all the hair in shot-

I use to use a spin mop system, but mopping twice (once with a mixture of floor cleaner and water and then a rinse with just water). Before that I would vacuum. The cross wave saves a lot of time by doing everything at once.

It does not clean well. Wanted it for the rug use. Made the rug worse than when we started. Very expensive for something that sits in the closet. Wish I could return it. #sweepstakes

What a dream to use.... I love vacuuming and moping at the same time. I have a lot of traffic through the kitchen and entryway and the CrossWave made short work of the job.

This product is wonderful! There's no strain on bending and it's jaw-dropping at how much better it cleans. I love a clean house. I catch my husband even using it. It's great! Thank you Bissell.
