This vacuum was a huge disappointment. It hardly works at all. I just bought it brand new and all it does is push around the dirt and dog hair. I assembled it correctly so I know that's not the issue. Don't waste your money.

This product left my hardwood and tile flooring looking worse than before I used it. It just smeared the dirt and now wet dirt all over. Streaks everywhere, floor still dirty. I am not one to complain but this is really disappointing.

I love my new CrossWave, it is everything I hoped for. I have an older Yorkie and she is beginning to have accidents in the house. The CrossWave cleans it up in minutes.

I really like this machine. Had another type and replaced it, this one works much better and is easier to push. I used it on area rugs and it really makes a difference. Can't believe the water, because I clean often.

Very nice product. I felt that it was a little pricey when I purchased it to replace a Dirt Devil steamer but it is far superior to that product and turned out to be a good value

My tiles looked clean, but they weren't until now. My area rug was a breeze to clean. The machine is light and easy to carry or move. Cleanup is easy.

This machine is truly amazing. I cannot believe how clean floors and areas rugs after use. I am the queen of clean and have owned numerous other vacuums, stream cleaners etc. but none compare to this!

I have health issues with the use of me hands and shoulders.. and this product is the best thing I could have ever invested in.. it has made my life so easy to do my cleaning chores of vacuuming and washing the floor.

I love my Crosswave - I have tile floors through out our home and this cleans so well - the grout looks clean but the water is really dirty after running my Crosswave.
