new. I used it on vynl hardwood planks and carpet. So far is"s a keeper It didn't pick up the bigger pieces of paper liker substance when mopping and vacuming at the same time.

Where have you been my whole life! My hard wood floors and ceramic tile never looked this beautiful and clean. We can eat off the floor clean! Could not live without this product! Thank you Bissell for all that you do for the consumer!

Not sure why there are any stars more than 1 but this vaccum does not pick up anything and leaves streaks all over floor. Vaccum doesn't pick up the water when mopping either. Very dissatisfied with product

Ordered it the minute i saw it on TV. But using it proved it was great! Cleaned up muddy boot prints today, so fast, so easy and does a great job. I love, love,love it!

We have 2 dogs and 3 kids and the Crosswave is a time saver and a life saver! I only wish that I could have found it in the blue color. The green is ok but I would have preferred blue.

This beast is one of the BEST purchases I've made in years. I can go on about the convenience level of having this slim, easily cleaned, dual-purpose, heavy-suction machine, but it'd waste your time. Just BUY IT! You won't regret it.

Well, this lasted about a year and a few months before a tube inside of it broke, and we had to give our vacuum surgery. I'm not sure we can repair it. It's a lot of money for it to internally break. Minus that if cleaned pretty okay

So happy with this. Not only does it eliminate my having to pull out a separate vacuum to vacuum before I wash my floors but it did a great job cleaning. Plus, it did not leave streaks on my white tile floor as my steam mop did.
