I was so excited to buy this product. Sadly I have used it 3 times and it leaves white streaks all over my floors. It wiil be going back to tge store. I am disappointed

I use it almost everyday. I waited a long time to be able to get the crossbar. It cleans my floors and picked up all the little things at the same time. I have a little dog that makes a mess and the crosswave makes my life so much easier.

The Bissell Crosswave is truly a great product. I swept and vacuumed my floors and them used the Crosswave on my carpet, wood floor and ceramic floor. I was suprised at how much it cleaned and picked up. Easy to clean too!

Followed diections, this product stripped my floors and left white spots on my floor, had to buy a restore product, to bring it back the floor the way it was, before i used this product. Have returned.

I live on a farm and my house has tile floors...the Bissell Crosswave is a life saver! Best purchase I have ever made!! So easy to keep my house clean now!

We have four Labs that live at least part of the day on our floors. We have been searching for seven years to find something to make our floors shine. The Bissell CrossWave truly does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great as long as you do not use water. It sends it out but does not pick it up, therefore, leaving dirt streaks. I clean it out totally after each try, and it picks up very little water.

I only wish I had it sooner. I have very porous tile floors and I don't use it on any delicate hardwood floors. So I wish it scrubbed a little harder for my needs but I understand it was made as a mul;ti floor machine. It is amazing.

This is a great item. Now I no longer have to sweep and then mop, which in south Florida can take forever to dry. This allows me to sweep mop and dry in no time, and with a dog and cats, saves me time.
