Very happy with this product. Love that there is no need to vacuum area prior to washing. Very easy to use. Efficient and dries quickly. Highly recommend especially for those with back and knee issues. Lightweight and cuts down on standing time.

too much noise. very loud. shuts off and will not come back on until you unplug and empty dirty water when it is not filled. not to happen with this product. do not use on throw rugs,does not work.

I vacuum with my dyson first for dog hair but this also picks up so much dog hair after I vacuum, best thing I ever got!! And I am training a puppy so it is used a lot!!

I LOVE my Crosswave. I bought it back in October and it is STILL my new best friend. I can vacuum & mop floors in half the time it used to take. My floors are cleaner...THANK YOU Bissell !

Easy to use. Good suction. Store well. Like long cord for moving from area to area without unplugging but does take some maneuvering to keep it out of the way. All in all extremely pleased.

I use to use a spin mop system, but mopping twice (once with a mixture of floor cleaner and water and then a rinse with just water). Before that I would vacuum. The cross wave saves a lot of time by doing everything at once.

It worked great for a few minutes. Then it wouldn't turn off. I unplugged it, and when I plugged it back in it would not turn on. We paid a lot of money for a poorly made piece of junk.

I have health issues with the use of me hands and shoulders.. and this product is the best thing I could have ever invested in.. it has made my life so easy to do my cleaning chores of vacuuming and washing the floor.

Love this product. It made all of the floors super shiney. I was amazed at the amount of dirt it picked up. Does a great job. The floors look like a professional came and cleaned them.

This machine is truly amazing. I cannot believe how clean floors and areas rugs after use. I am the queen of clean and have owned numerous other vacuums, stream cleaners etc. but none compare to this!
