This machine is a life changer. My back would KILL me with every sweep and mop session I would run back and fourth after every room to clean the mop and add new cleaner. NOT ANYMORE one full tank cleaned my WHOLE place =) I am over the moon Thank you Bissell for such a great lil powerful machine!

I've used a Hoover Floormate for over 10 years and have been happy with it. The Floormate stopped working and after much research I replaced it with the Bissell Crossover. The Crossover is much lighter and easier to maneuver and causes me less fatigue. It is easy to clean and maintain. It doses a great job of cleaning the floors and vacuuming at the same time. I found that pre-treating really dirty spots with the Bissell cleaning solutions really helps. The only task the Hoover does best is really heavy stuck on spots. The Crossover is more expensive but I am able to use it more regularly because it does not aggravate my back pain as much.

This is a great machine. I love that it all comes apart for cleaning. I could not believe how dirty my water was in the container after I was done! Another great feature that the water is picked up and not left on the floors. I have to say your cleaner solution is not very good. Used my own after the first scrubbing and am going to go to vinegar and water. I love the swivel feature and the machine is sturdy. Like the directions on the pieces for putting it back together after cleaning and drying the parts. My tile floor is pitted and not smooth but as I use it every time, more of the dirt is coming up from those areas. Easy to maneuver.

I have been using this vacuum for months in our brand new house. Every time. I noticed this past couple of times that it just doesn't seem to be kicking it and making our floors pretty. I found out the hard way by taking a magic eraser To the floor and WOW was all I could say. There was so much dirt left behind it's unreal. I would love to find a different mop to work with and maybe could use the bissel as a top clean.

I am the Mom to three Labs, so lots of muddy feet and HAIR!! This machine is an answer to my prayers! The dog hair, wood chips (labs love to chew!), leaves and mud.......GONE! I would love to show you a picture of just what was picked up but I am too embarrassed by the mess! If this was enough to sell me on this machine, it cleans itself! What more could you ask for? Thank you to the investors!

I have 5 dogs and 4 cats so cleaning can be a chore. If you have many pets like I do don't expect that won't ever have to vacuum again. I like that it gets what the solid debris that the vacuum always seems to miss and a wet mop finds. I don't have to mop it into a pile and clean it up after I'm done, the CrossWave just sucks it right up. I was using a Swiffer Wet Jet before and always felt my floor was still dirty after. Not with the CrossWave. I love it!

When i first got my Crosswave, I literally told everyone about it, It was the most amazing little machine. After a few months the dirty water stopped flowing into the tank, I'll mop/vacuum my entire house, using the whole canister of clean water, and not a drop of dirty water is in the dirty canister when I'm finished. So, that means all the dirty water is staying on my floor and I'm just mopping with it. SO GROSS!! Super disappointed because i loved it SOO much, for such an expensive product, i expected more. :(

I am so happy with my CrossWave. I have a lot of ceramic tile to mop and this has made the job so much easier. And much easier on my back! It cleans the floor so well and I love how it dries. No more waiting for the floors to dry to put furniture and other items back on them. It's also very easy to clean after use.

I love this machine and think every one should own one - even more so if your married or have children. Between potty training, and old dog and a husband, I end up using this thing multiple times a day. My floors have never felt so clean - I love walking around barefoot now.

I have owned other Bissell floor cleaning devices, but this one beats them all and any others on the market. My tile floors look like they never have before and look clean enough to eat from. The carpets look sharper than when they were new. The machine is so easy to use and you can see the results almost immediately. I will say it again, Bissell broke the mold when they engineered this one.
