I really like the idea of the vacuum and floor cleaner in the same machine. And it works that way. It is super easy to use, but a bit wider than my steam mop. Not quite as easy to use in small bathrooms. I could only use it on tile - I don't have hardwood floors. My only complaint would be that it tends to leave streaks on my tiles worse than my steam mop. And somewhere in the back of my mind I feel the steam gets the floor cleaner. I'm sure it would work even better on hardwood floors.

Just bought this wonderful machine, best thing we ever owned for cleaning.. Great on rugs and hard wood floors, kitchen tiles. Easy to clean. Only have this for two months and clean the parts right after use. We have dogs so its easy for us, its one use rugs to floors and done. Cant figure out why the rollers stopped which cause the fluid to stop coming out. I tried to take it apart but it must be something i know nothing about. I guess i am under warranted, how do i go about a return and replacement? Thanks Tess

I recently purchased the Bissell Crosswave. This is an awesome machine. I had to go out on disability last year due to a back issue. I have a dog and 3 cats and trying to keep up with cleaning after them was difficult. I use to always scrub my floors on my hands and knees prior to my disability. I was concerned when ordering the crosswave that it would be like other products I ordered and not really clean but just move dirt. I was wrong. This is the best machine and does a wonderful job of cleaning my floors both vinyl kitchen floors and wood floors. I also used it on my area rug in the living room....wow I could not believe the dirt that was in that rug. Really glad I ordered this machine, it has made my life so much easier. Deborah

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have textured luxury vinyl planking. Was so excited to get this as it looked like it would clean the textured lines in our flooring. Each time I use this I notice there is very little water getting to the roller . In many cases the floor is completely dry after just doing that section. Watching while cleaning there is no water getting to the floor. We can do our whole house (1700 sq ft) and the dirty water reservoir isnt even 1/2 full. We have cleaned the unit many times. You can see the water trying to pump down and spray but very little gets to the roller. So disappointed.

As the owner of a small house cleaning company I am alway in the market for vacuums and wet/dry mops. Storing all my supplies in my vehicle, I also look for products that are compact size. I have owned many Bissell products throughout the years. It has always been my go to brand. When I found the CrossWave All-in-One Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac I was pretty excited. I'm always trying to find ways to make my job easier and having a 2in1 product is always a major plus. Some of the other brands wet/dry vacuums don't work as good as they claim. I have tried many. Getting into corners etc is a main priority for me when cleaning my clients floors. Not having to use a broom is something I strive for. I was extremely satisfied with how this not only picked up all the scrapes off the floor but it left such a nice shine after moping. A lot of my clients have all hardwood floors in their home so I do my best to make them look shinny and new. It also works wonderful on lament and tiles. I highly recommend this product

Love it for our hardwood and tile! Cleaned with our old steam mop then used this & it picked up so much more! Very important to me having a toddler & a baby on the way! Just not as happy with it on rugs. While it does pick up a lot of dirt from them, I don't think it has gotten mud or stains & they don't actually look cleaner.
