Love this machine, but it clogs easily. However my floors are cleaner than they’ve been in a long time. Then there’s the time savings from not having to go behind after sweeping. If it weren’t for the clogging issue it would have gotten a 5. We have three dogs and the largest is a Lab/mix with long fur that sheds constantly. It cleans up easily with included tray and assembly was easy - just had to snap the handle into the machine. No tools required

In order to get the floors clean I am still going to have to hands and knees scrub. This does the light cleaning and I could have saved my money and purchased something else. I still have water spots and dog prints, this is basically a glorified mop and bucket that just doesn't scrub.

This is more then expected, I have 4 German Shepherds and a lot of mud and hair. This machine does wonders on my area rugs and wood floors. The only down fall to this machine is it is a little heavy , I have sever arthritis in my hands but beside that this is a fabulous machine.

Buy it, this is the best machine I have ever cleaned with. I have two kiddos, two dogs and two cats. I use it on tile, area rugs and hard wood floors. It leaves everything so clean. I was amazed at the amount of dirt and hair it picked up. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I have cheaper laminate floors that are prone to warping. This machine is fantastic! Be sure to follow all directions and take care of it. If you do, no streaks, no residue. My floors have never been cleaner! I go back over wet areas without dispersing solution to dry faster and ensure no streaks are visible. If you have excessive pet hair, either vacuum with a regular vac first or just make sure you keep the machine clean. Sometimes the dirty water can get a little gross but not a big deal.

I was amazed at how well it cleaned our hard wood, tile, and linoleum floors around the house. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and hairballs are always everywhere, but this unit vacuumed the floors very well and cleaned well. The dirty water tank was definitely dirty and cleaned very well to where I could walk around barefoot and not have black feet. The device swivels for ease of use and is fairly light weight. It was easy to assemble out of the box and worked well. I only had trouble around the toilet areas in the bathrooms because the device was too wide to clean in that general area. You also have to clean a lot of pieces when you're done, such as rinsing the vacuum filter, draining and rinsing the dirty water tank, draining and rinsing the solution tank, and removing and rinsing the brush to keep it clean, but it is also fairly easy cleaning so it's not too bad. Overall it is a great product.

I have had a positive experience with my Crosswave. My anti fatigue mats can only be vacuumed and cleaned with plain water. Using the soft brush I did the job. With plain hot water, they look like new. Before I had to wrestle with the mats on my hands and knees. My hardwood oak flooring cleaned easily. Without a pre vacuum and using a spray it was done with one device. I haven't tried the area rugs. So far I love my machine. If it would move the furniture it would be an effortless cleaning day.

I love the way it cleans my floors. It is easy to use and manipulate the parts of the machine. The high level of noise is hard to deal with. The machine emits loud high pitched. noise that is easily heard in the next unit. The noise is hard to tolerate.

I have tried several steamers and other machines that came highly recommended. However, it was never what I was looking for. Since then I saw the info commercial and fell in love I called and ordered it and absolutely love this machine wasn't sure it was really working until I emptied the container and boy was the water black I went right onto the carpet without changing machine with the click of a button I was able to get old dog stains out of my carpet! It is a great machine!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only disappointment is the lack of a hose to get into tight places. I'd be happy if the hose only had suction, then I would feel like it did a more thorough job, and it could also be used on furniture.
