I use the CrossWave All-in-one laminate floors and area rugs. It has cleaned dirt, sludge, grease, etc., beyond measure and made it a quick job of it considering about 95% of my house is laminate flooring. The cleaners and vacuum capabilities of the CrossWave are top shelf! Absolutely no streaks or lots of water left behind, and the cleaner has a fresh scent. I've used it on area rugs and it works just as described. This is an excellent purchase; couldn't be more satisfied; a product that actually does what the manufacturer said it would :-)

I wasnt sure so it took me a long time to finally order the Crosswave. I just love this vac. I have 4 little dogs and this makes my epoxy floors just sparkle. Cuts my cleaning time down and my floors have never been this clean. The Bissell solution smells just wonderful.

I liked the ease of assembly, ease of use and best of all, seeing the dirty water when the job is done! Then you know it is doing a nice job of both vacuuming and cleaning your hard floors. I also have a Bissell rug cleaner and it works similarly. I am very satisfied with this new household tool and will make use of it often, especially easy for fast spot cleaning.

Our cat is not afraid of noise when we clean carpets now! I love the ease of cleaning floors and rugs now and my boyfriend says it's the best purchase ever. We will get one for downstairs now. What an excellent product!!! :) You can use this right out of the box without instructions. We really love this cleaner and it is so versatile and lightweight, easy to maneuver. Great product!

I just purchased this product after returning an expensive competitor's product. I figured I would try it and if I didn't like it I could return it. I wasn't expecting much. I have a 2000 square foot condo with all engineered vinyl flooring. After construction was done, and after a cleaning service came in and cleaned the floors, they were still dull and dirty. The idea of mopping the floors was too much to handle. I tried this product and to my surprise and delight, it left my floors clean and looking great. I did have to refill the clean water bottle and empty the cup quite a few times because of the dirty water but this product is so easy to use it was no problem at all. I do have area rugs but I didn't try it on those yet. I only used clean water to clean the floors because I was hesitant to use any of the cleaning product that came with the vacuum on my new floors. I am planning on buying one for my daugther. She has a new home with new floors and this is truly a timesaver and very easy to use and clean.

Seriously best appliance I have purchased in I don't know when! It vacuums and mops at the same time!! This appliance truly does what it says it will do. It has a pretty long cord and the swivel head is amazing! I am thoroughly grossed out at what it picked up on my floors and the color of the water in the tank. Apparently my steam mop has not been cutting it. And I consider myself and my home to be a very tidy home! Each time I use it, I love it even more!

My wife and I stopped using a home cleaning service because they just didn't do what we had expected. I promised her that I would do the floors (tile) and the baths. I searched for something to use and found the Bissell Crosswave. I hoped for the best (and expected less than that). I was very pleasantly surprised with the results of my first effort with this machine. It did a great job on the floors and it only took a reasonable length of time. The Crosswave was easy to use, much less work than a mop and bucket--and the vacuum was included!! Recognizing that very few people want to clean floors, this machine made the job quite bearable although not necessarily enjoyable. As for me, it is truly worth the investment.

I have had the Crosswave for about 1 1/2 years now and I LOVE IT!!!!! Recently, however, the switch caused a problem that cut all the power. So, since there is a 2 year warrranty, I reached out to Bissell. Within 2 days i had the name of a local repair shop. Took it in and they worked with Bissell to determine the problem. Within a week, i had a brand new machine and we are back up and running! Thanks Bissell!!!!!

We are selling our house, and before I got the Crosswave I had to vacuum AND mop before every showing--and mopping has never made sense to me, as it seems like I'm only pushing dirty water around. (And I have two huge dogs, so there is always a lot of dog hair to pick up.) Then I got the cross wave, and shaved at least an hour off my prep time for a house showing. And, best of all, it vacuums UP the dirty water, so it's not on my floor or in my grout. The only weakness I see is that the application of the water/detergent mix is not always even, requiring two or three passes of the same spot. If they could tweak it so that we get a little more liquid when the trigger is pressed, that would be wonderful!

This thing is a game-changer. I have four pets, two kids and dark hardwood floors. I can spend, easily, up to an hour a day just sweeping, vacuuming, and then mopping just to do it all again the next day. Who has time for that? I was so hopeful that this machine would be the answer I was looking for and boy, I was not disappointed! It really does sweep and mop at the same dang time and I was finished my floors in less than 20 minutes. Which gave me time to do the area rug as well, and it looks great!!! Thank you, thank you Bissell for taking some of the hard out of the work and replacing it with easy!!!!
