So easy and clean. I have a screen room that gets a layer of fine dirt on the floor. I love that it picks up the water, dirt and all. The floor was far cleaner than I could ever get it with mop, hose, squeegeeing , and wet feet! Also I had a heavy rain after scrubbing and I just used the Crosswave to pick up the water that had collected in the screen room. My problem is that it does not get up against wall at the edge of the floor and it also cannot turn to get small spaces like between a commode and tub or cabinet.

No one in their right mind enjoys cleaning the floors. But guess what? I don't mind anymore. And believe me I hated it. I don't have to sweep first, mop next, shine later. No, I can do all three at one time. This is the best purchase I ever made. I have hard floors and area rugs through out the house. That is exactly what this machine is designed for. It has a button for area rugs and one for hard floors. Can't get much easier than that. Clean up and storage is a dream. If you have hard floors and area rugs. I promise you. This is the machine for you..

I really liked the versatility of use over wood and area rugs But the holding tank mixes the wet and dry for disposal and it makes a disgusting mess that takes more time to clean out than it's worth. It's not cheap and I spend more time cleaning it to keep it functioning properly than I do using it.

I love my Bissell Crosswave!! It is so easy to assemble and disassemble for using and cleaning after use. I have only used it twice since purchase, but can already see it is a great help in cleaning my new floors. My back thanks me for buying it. So easy to clean my floors...no vacuuming before mopping...just vacuum and mop all at once. My floors look great and it takes no time at all.

For the past 40 years of our marriage my wife has cleaned the floor on her knees saying that is the only way she could get in clean enough to suit her. Over the years I have purchased many different kinds of mops, hoping she would find one that would keep her off her knees to no avail. Now to be honest I was hesitant in purchasing the Crosswave, fearing she would try it once and never use it again. After all, it is a considerable investment for our household. Today I can saw with no hesitation that her Crosswave was worth every penny! As soon as it arrived my wife was eager to try it out. She used it on both a section of hard floor and the carpet. After trying it out on the hard floor she got on her knees again to see just how clean it was and she was pleased. Making my wife happy makes me happy, and I thank Bissell for coming up with a product I have been searching for for the past 40 years!

I use the Cross Wave for my kitchen floors. I love how I save time vacuuming and cleaning at the same time. I love that the Cross Wave is so easy to use and that everything comes apart to clean. I am totally in love with this machine and would you believe that I actually look forward to cleaning my kitchen floors?

The machine worked best on the hardwood floors. I felt that, although it worked well on the tile and vinyl floors, because of the texture in the floors it did not clean as thoroughly the first time through. I have not yet tried it out on any of our carpets but expect that it will do a good job. Overall we're happy with the results.

I've purchased every kind of mop for hard wood floors available. This is by far the best on the market. Swiffer and other brands leaves a haze on hard wood floors. Bought this one and cleaned all my floors as soon as I got home with it. Now clean with no haze! If you have indoor/outdoor pets, this is a must have!

My floors feel like a barefoot dream I had no idea my rugs could hold as much dirt as they did. This is a holy grail I can't even imagine how amazing the $500 one is because this one is absolutely incredible ! I've already referred it to multiple family members who have ordered!

After first getting the Crosswave, excited to just give it a quick test drive, I cleaned a portion of my floors and the muck the Crosswave picked up from what was supposed to be a clean floor was simply horrifying and embarrassing, but I was grateful that I now had a tool that was going to help me clean up after our 9 cats and 2 dogs. With that flock of animals, I am always getting surprises - kitty litter outside of the boxes, hair balls, spit ups, vomits, pee, etc and the Crosswave is up to it all. I wouldn't necessarily say that my floors would be something you'd want to eat off, but they are now darn close, and my house smells clean. I've noticed that I have much less dust on my furniture since using the Crosswave. Anyone with animals needs this device; I now consider this an essential tool for pet clean ups. My only concern is how long the Crosswave will hold up against the battering it gets at my house because I am using the Crosswave DAILY.
